Happy customer 😊
Finally a temporary shower that fits my type of tap. Works perfectly fine. Fast delivery.

Incorrect description
No value for money. It does not fit to the bath tap. Leaking next to it. I guess the adapter was designed for big diameters taps. Nothing in the description mentioned this.

Excellent Product, did exactly what was wanted.
Excellent stand in shower head. Fitted the tap OK but used a couple of cable ties to make sure it didn’t blow off under pressure.

Adequate
The good bit is that it does the job, I would say the quality for the money is very poor, it’s constructed with very poor quality plastics. We bought it as a temporary measure as our main bathroom is getting refurbished, this will do fine as a short term solution but I certainly wouldn’t like to rely on it for any period of time.

Works for single-tap bathtubs but check beforehand
Though advertised usable for pets, don't let that stop you from using it yourself. It takes a second to get used to the installation, but is very easy once you are used to it. Worked perfectly with my bathtub. When purchasing these, it is imperative you assess the compatibility of the bathtub tap with the connector

Fab shower head, has worked far better than I thought it would! My advice to anyone buying is that it will work if you have a compatible tap but it does take some trial and error to get it right but when you figure it out it's very good and will work a treat. As it didn't come with any instructions I cracked on and tried to fit it with alot of leaking. When I looked at the company website they advise soaking the shower head on hot water for 5 minutes before fitting, this is very helpful as it softens the rubber and makes it easier to fit. You also might not be able to just shove it on the tap and tighten the clip. Take some time to tighten it fully then turn the water on slowly and check for leaks, I fit mine almost at the end of the spout and it gets a perfect seal. So push it on fully, tighten, test and if its leaking just loosen and pull it towards the end of the spout and repeat. You really just need to have patience and play with it until you find the spot that works on the tap. But most importantly SOAK IN HOT WATER FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE FITTING TO THE TAP!!!

This product made my life easier, I use it to give bath to my baby. Not sure why there are too many 1 star ratings, I'm just glad I took a chance on this one. Also to note, this product wont work for spout that has a diverter, its only meant for the ones that doesn't have the diverter which perfectly suits for my bath tub. Very easy to install, just soak it in hot water for 10 mins and then attach it to the spout!

As an Amazon consumer, I read the manufacturer’s detailed product information before I make a purchase. Case in point, this purchase. The manufacturer specifically states the type of faucet needed for this sprayer. Your bathtub faucet spout MUST NOT have a diverter. (layman’s terms: pop up button for shower control) The sprayer has a super tight suction fit which is further reinforced by the adjustable clamp. We softened the hose and faucet cover with very hot water, as the instructions indicated. My husband installed the sprayer’s faucet cap over the faucet spout and tightened the adjustable clamp. He then double checked the seal, as instructions state, by SLOWLY turning on the hot water. ****Beware: if you don’t have this faucet sprayer on correctly or tight enough this step will provide you with a hot shower!**** This is why the instructions state to SLOWLY turn the water faucet handle. On the first initial install, the faucet cap is super tight and takes strength to get positioned properly. HOWEVER; once the faucet cap is used & stretched a few times the installation gets easier. Honestly, this sprayer is one of the best purchases we’ve made. I use it exclusively for the weekly bathing our Frenchie. A must have and necessity for bathing pets! Highly recommend & tremendous value!

I had hoped for an easier way to give my dog a bath than filling our huge tub with water and using a bottle to get her wet. This seemed like the solution & the price wasn't bad. Our garden tub doesn't have a diverter so this should've worked. I followed the instructions & soaked it in hot water for 5 minutes then put the coil around the attachment loosely before attaching it to the tub faucet. On my first try, after tightening up the coil, I turned on the water slowly & saw a trickle start to come out of the shower attachment, but noticed some water coming out of the faucet attachment too. I waited until it got hot, then turned the water up a little to see if that would help with the seal. I still had only a trickle coming out of the shower attachment, but now there was water gushing out of the faucet attachment. I tightened it a little more a few more times but with no luck. I tried turning the faucet attachment the other way around too but had no success that way either. The fit was tight but not super hard to get the faucet attachment on. I just think it's a case of round facet attachment on a square faucet. I haven't seen a round tub faucet since I was a kid taking a bath in an old clawfoot tub. The video is a bit deceptive too because it shows a square faucet & a really strong water pressure from the shower head. This was a big disappointment. I don't often give bad reviews. I'm usually pretty happy with my purchases & can think of only 2 other times in 100's or maybe 1000's of purchases where I wasn't satisfied. I'd advise against buying this product if you have a tub faucet with a diverter (the button you pull up to switch to the shower option) or if you have a square faucet.
