Use common sense installing.
I work in a pro shop, and after using these myself and being very impressed, I have recommended them to at least a dozen or so customers. They in turn recommended them to their friends, so all in all I’ve probably installed about two dozen sets of these. The key to installing them is use common sense. Do not use the installer tool at the very beginning. Hand feed it near the shaft, grasping the foam sections and pushing down with each one. When you get to the last foam section, at that point you use the installer tool . From there on they go down with no issue. These have been a game changer for many of my customers, as well as myself

Great for the hands and elbows
I had switched from my longtime modus 120 over to graphite solely for the vibration reduction fighting a nagging wrist injury. The graphite performed as expected but unfortunately didn’t work with my swing and had to swap back to the modus so I ordered these thinking it was worth a shot.I disagree with some of the other reviews that say it’s nothing like graphite. The feel and vibration reduction is very similar if not identical to my previous graphite shafts. I installed a single shaftease in my 8 iron first to see if it was worth the hassle and hit it side by side with my 7 iron without the shaftease. The difference was very noticeable to me. Pure shots felt soft as butter and off center hits were much less penile to the hands and elbows. Really happy with the product.

Seem to do the job that was used for
Can only install with new grips. Some collapsed when trying to insert. Would be better with a firmer center straw.

It definitely works.
I installed these in Mizuno JPX919 Hot Metal Pro with Project X PXI 6.0's and Ping Glide Wedges with KBS Hi Rev 2.0 125g shafts. All clubs have Golf Pride Align Plus 4. The dampening is very effective with the Mizunos, perhaps more than I'd like. I get better feel from my graphite set Mizuno Hot Metal Pros with Mitsubishi MMT 125's. Center punched hits feel better with the MMTs and I can instantly tell where I hit the ball on the face. Off center hits feel better than the original KBS C- Taper and Project X 6.5's I had in either set previously. I've only noticed a minor change to swing weight on my old trusty Golfsmith scale. I'd say less than 1/2 a swingweight difference when adding the dampers. The feel on the Ping Glide wedges are better in all aspects. I may or may not remove the dampers from the Mizunos, but they will definitely stay on the wedges. If you're going to regrip your clubs anyway, I would recommend you try these out.

Just fair
Had to modify the way they were to be installed- instructions included didn’t work at all in my ironsI did get them in the correct position but they don’t help much that I can tell.

Very cheap and flimsy , nightmare to install as recommended
Very cheaply made that does not install as stated. Once you get them in the shaft and it’s time to use the tool, the interior straw like portion just crumbles under the pressure of the install. Was only able to install a couple of inches in each shaft , vs the 10.5” they recommend. This is a good idea to replace sensicore inserts , but the product needs to be updated so that it’s actually usable. A couple other products in this category I’ve had success with in the last 15 years , these , not so much. Wouldn’t waste money on these again and if I could pull them back out , I’d be requesting a refund.

Save Your Hands
These really dampen the shock of hitting steel shafts. I have mild arthritis in my hands which were killing me while using my new stiff shafts. Combined with oversized Winn Grips, I no longer have any discomfort even on thin shots.

Worth a try for those tingling hands
I can’t say for sure how much vibration reduction you get but I just started golfing and I was putting in some serious time practicing. I have a steep attack angle and I was getting really bad numbness in my fingers and wrist from hitting balls for hours a day. It’s seems to help because it’s obviously taking up some of the impact through the foam but I’m using steel shafts. If you want the best vibration reduction then you need carbon fiber shafts. Let’s be honest if you’re getting hurt every time you play then you’re not going to want to play. I would recommend this product though and it doesn’t add much weight to the shaft. Like a couple grams if anything so it’s insignificant
