Used it to make my best friend’s (Kenyan) pilau rice recipe: Chicken thigh with bones Nature Seasoning, Garlic powder White/Yellow Onion (1 whole) Grated carrot Cilantro Basmati Rice (White) Garlic Ginger Turmeric powder Pilau masala Curry powder Chicken broth 1. Cut chicken and spice with seasoning and garlic powder 2. Cut onion 3. Boil rice 1 cup of rice, 2 cups of water 4. Grate carrot 5. Saute onion enough oil 6. Add garlic ginger paste 7. Add chicken let cook 8. Half way add turmeric powder, curry powder, pilau masala 9. Add grated carrots 10. Add chicken broth 11. Add cilantro 12. Add rice and let simmer

My fiance is from Kenya, and she missed some of the flavors she had as a child. Can't buy this at the local grocery. Good price, too.

I am hooked on this seasoning! If you have never had Pilau Masala I suggest you look up a recipe and try it.
