Great form factor, quiet, low power draw, low heat generation, performance fine.
Performance: No lag playing any streaming I have tried. Of course, internet speed to your device matters. No lag playing any local videos or music. Web loading is snappy and no lag I can detect. I am not a gamer so cannot comment on gaming performance Ports: adequate for my needs and all worked fine although I would have liked an optical out for the audio. I do see a bit more "movement" of the sockets than I would like when plugging in and removing cables. I would not want to do a lot of repetitive plugging and removing over years time due to concern for sturdiness of case and ports. Quality: REALLY nice to have a 120/220 built in power supply, no brick needed or wall wart needed! Casework is lightweight plastic but attractively embossed top. Since heat is the killer of chips, I have installed a windows fan control app and manually run the fan at 55% and I cannot hear any fan noise. Expandability: I added a second CRUCIAL brand NVME SSD 1tb ram chip. It installed fine however the EQ-14's integrated NVME heat sink which is part of the mounting in the EQ14 does not seem to fit well onto the add-on NVME chip - the conductive "mats" on the heat sink don't touch the chip. I fear this may cause the second NVME to overheat and fail, and with the integrated heat sink there seems no way to install a sink specifically to fit the add on second chip. So we will see. Support: BEELINK HAS BEEN GREAT! I screwed up when adding the second NVME and formatted the supplied NVME disk and wiped out the Win 11 image! I had to download a new image from microsoft and install, but of course they do not supply an activation key with the public Win 11 image. I contacted BEELINK support and they IMMEDIATELY provided me with a Win 11 activation key for my mini pc serial number! GREAT SUPPORT!

Great small pc for work or home
The Beelink U59 Mini PC is a compact powerhouse, redefining the concept of computing in a small form factor. Powered by an Intel Jasper Lake N5095 quad-core processor and Intel UHD Graphics 605, this mini PC delivers impressive performance for its size. Running on Windows 10, it provides a familiar and user-friendly interface, catering to both work and entertainment needs. Its versatile connectivity options include dual HDMI ports, enabling dual-display support, making it ideal for productivity tasks or multimedia experiences. The inclusion of USB 3.0 ports, a microSD card slot, and Gigabit Ethernet ensures seamless connectivity with peripherals and high-speed data transfer. What sets the Beelink U59 apart is its fanless design, ensuring silent operation. The absence of a cooling fan not only reduces noise but also enhances reliability by eliminating a potential point of mechanical failure. Despite its small footprint, the U59 doesn't compromise on storage capacity. With 256GB of SSD storage and the option to expand through the M.2 slot, users can store ample data and enjoy quick system responsiveness. Setting up the Beelink U59 is a breeze; it comes ready to use out of the box. The mini PC's energy efficiency is noteworthy, contributing to lower power consumption without sacrificing performance. In conclusion, the Beelink U59 Mini PC excels as a space-saving computing solution with commendable performance. Whether used as a home theater PC, an office workstation, or a versatile computing hub, its combination of compact design, robust performance, and thoughtful features make it a compelling choice in the realm of mini PCs.

Very weak wifi reception.....SOLVED!
I would give this 5 stars for how well it works for my streaming, internet, word and spreadsheet use. I don't use heavy processing apps. Great tiny computer for the money. Most of the time the fan runs so slow it is silent unless I put my ear at the exhaust port. The fan hits full speed for a second or two when booting, then reverts to the low/silent mode. Dock one star because of VERY WEAK 2.4Ghz wifi reception in my location. Download speeds register 10-11 mbps with bluetooth off, 5-7 mbps with bluetooth connected!! My HP laptop and Amazon Fire tablet easily register 30-50 mbps in the same location. The mini computer 5Ghz wifi performs better than 2.4Ghz, but still weaker than my other devices, so I conclude the Wifi is a weak point for this device. I use it primarily as a desktop and have ethernet available and that works great, but it would be nice to have better wifi when I need it. Docked one star because Beelink never responded to my request for help with the wifi problem. Amazon did send a replacement, but that one performed very poorly on wifi, too. Great budget mini computer if wifi isn't critical for you. UPDATE 9/1/22 Beelink never seemed to respond to the support request I send on their website, but did respond to my original 3 star review in which I stated the weak wifi problems I experienced with two of their U59 mini PCs. Per their instruction, I opened the case, removed the SSD to access the wifi card beneath the SSD. I removed the card, rebooted and shutdown the PC, reinstalled the card and SSD, closed up the case, and VOILA! Now the wifi performs as it should! With this updated I changed my rating to 5 stars--I have no faults to complain about. Yes, my service request should have produced a response, yes, the wifi should have worked from the start. Two faulty units should not have happened. Many people won't even have the tiny screwdriver required to open the case, but my problem was solved and I am now very happy with this purchase. This PC works great for my needs.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
Purchased two of these mini pc's for my new office. Purchased them Aug 19 2022 for my office opening on Nov 1. Set them up at the end of October to begin using them in November. One computer was being used as the other was for "reception", but I don't have a receptionist as of yet being a new clinic. Was closed two weeks in December, returned to the office on January 3rd, 2023 to the pc being stuck in the Bios screen. Attempted several times to contact the manufacturer via email, no US phone number found. Went to BeeLink's forums and site, followed all directions to attempt repair. No avail. BeeLink has never responded to my many email attempts. Contacted Amazon last week for resolution; outside of the return window as it is only 30 days, even though the pc's have a 2 year warranty (good luck getting in touch with someone to use the warranty). Amazon made a "one time exception" and allowed me to return the pc, but with a 20% restocking fee. This morning, six days after beginning to use it, the second computer has the same malfunction. Amazon will not allow a return or refund as they made the "one time exception" last week for the first computer. I am out the funds and have no operating computers in my newly opened clinic. It is shameful that BeeLink can do this to customers and super disappointing that Amazon cannot support their faithful, long-time customers. I was impressed with the 2 year warranty. Since searching the forums for help, I have come across many dozens of others who were duped the same as I. BEWARE: a cheap computer is a cheap computer, not a great deal. Learn from my disappointment.

Not a gaming computer at all!
If you are looking for an inexpensive computer for ordinary business or personal use such as Word processing, email, web browsing, social networking and video conferencing, then, this is a very good computer. It's located in a bedroom and is just left on and I just switch on the monitor to use it. It is completely noiseless so works well in a bedroom. The previous computer had a fan which was not very noisy but could be heard late at night.

Works well for my Plex media server
Seems to be of reasonable quality and has all the specs I wanted. I have it connected to our big TV, a wireless keyboard and mouse, and an external USB hard drive. I did have a few days when it was just shutting down on its own for unknown reasons. I reached out to their support and got a very comprehensive email with many troubleshooting tips, one of which involved opening the thing, pulling out the SSD card, and cleaning the contact edge with an eraser. I'm not sure which step worked, but it's been working consistently ever since. So, kudos to tech support and thank you for your prompt, friendly, and helpful response!

A Great Unit, and Beyond Great Support
Ordered a U59 4 months ago; no issues; a great little PC - stable and quiet. Added a 2 TB WD HD after checking on compatibility. Then more customer support, asking about running it on a maybe-not-so-pure-sine-wave 12-to-120 VAC inverter in my camping trailer (not advised), then through an 8-40-VDC-to-12VDC regulated converter (sounded good), then asked about the power cable "barrel-and-pin" connector dimensions so could solder up a new power cable to run off of the DC-to-DC converter - don't want to cut the connector off of the original power supply cable since might want to use it on 120 VAC later. Seller is sending a new power supply/cable/connector for me to use when making a new 12VDC cable. Talk about exemplary customer support. I can imagine other sellers not even responding to such inquiries, much less answering the questions, much less offering to send a cable that they really had no obligation to provide. Hats off to these guys...

Great little machine for a gateway server
I got this to use as a gateway server for my home network, running Ubuntu Server. To boot from a live USB (e.g., to install Linux), you must first boot into Windows and turn off fastboot and secureboot. This little machine is more than up to the task of acting as a firewall and routing network traffic. This one is also set up with Pi-Hole and Vikunja. It is small, silent, and takes hardly any power.
