I would highly reccomend these! I've been taking probiotics for a few months now and it's changed my life. IBS ruined every activity you can imagine. I went through packets and packets of immodium daily until I started probiotics and like magic my guts felt like a normal person again! I started on the very expensive 'garden of Life' and I daresay these are the same -if not better, and for a fraction of the price! Well, not all probiotics are equal I was midway through a cheap tub by a different brand that just wasn't working, maybe a dud batch or a scam company? Maybe the effects were temporary? I can't afford the expensive ones every month, my stomach was bad again but I didn't lose hope! I read reviews, researched the strains and got this bargain little gold topped bottle of magic. Within hours I could feel my bloated self delfate into a human again! I also had a bad case of thrush both in my mouth and unmentionables while taking the other brand which has vanished after taking the superself , I also don't get that annoying red cracked corners of my mouth while I'm taking these. I swear my whole body just feels better! If you have IBS give them a go I couldn't recommend them any more ! The pills are perfect size, you'll have no issue swallowing. Does say to keep in a refrigerator.

Very good supplements, good size and swallowing is very easy, the best brand I always get these, very good price, usually supplements make me have a rash but these never do they are perfect and I only get this brand since it never gives me a rash. I love these, very recommended

First time purchased and I like them, only issue is short dated stock. I purchased two lots and the second will be out of date before I come to use it. Will buy just one in future

I didn't realize how bad I'd been feeling for so long, and how far away from normal things had become. I've been in discomfort for years and had come to think of it as mostly normal - until I started taking these. I'd forgotten what it feels like to not feel anything... or to have no niggles, no complaints, no issues. My middle feels amazing and it's also lost inches from now zero bloat, indigestion, slow digestion, constipation. This happened within 3 days of starting to take 1 a day, with a cup of tea in the morning. More effective than anything I've ever taken for anything. A significant change, so I do HIGHLY recommend these.

Vegan Capsules I use this Probiotics Bio Cultures Complex around two weeks already and must say that I am very pleased. I always had issues with digestion prior to taking this product and couldn't seem to find a good solution. This product is not like any other probiotic supplement I have taken in the past. The blend of 20 Billion CFU's of 12 different vegan strains of bacteria provides a very powerful concentration of beneficial bacteria that has helped my digestive system immensely. The capsules are also very convenient to use as each days' dosage of two capsules is already pre-measured. I am glad I finally found a supplement that works well for me and I highly recommend it.

I’ve been buying the product for about a year, the price has stayed around the same. I was, however, disappointed to find with my latest order that the capsule quantity per jar had been reduced from 60 to 30 and the price has remained the same!! Will buy elsewhere in future UPDATE- company contacted me and offered a full refund. They’ve also offered to send me two jars FOC. Can’t quibble with the customer service.

This is my second bottle of these probiotics and I’m so grateful I gave them a try! I suffer with constipation due to medication I’m taking. I could go days and days without a poo and even when I went it was uncomfortable! After 3 days of taking these I was going every other day without any trouble! It could be a coincidence but I’ve also noticed a big improvement in my general mood. I’ve read a lot about gut health and do believe the improvement in my gut health has positively impacted my mental health! Would definitely recommend. Tablets are quite large but I’m ok with that!

I stopped eating dairy products and so gave up Kefir which had been a staple of my diet for a few years. In its place I tried these capsules - but our guts are almost as individual as our fingerprints and I'm afraid these simply did not work. From the first week they caused considerable stomach upset and diarhorrea, and although I persevered - thinking it was just a temporary reaction - at the end of the third week I gave up. Four stars though because the seller recognised that the product doesn’t suit some people and offered a prompt full refund.
