Perfect Plants Venus Fly Trap Plant in a 9cm Pot. Fascinating Fly Eating Carn...

I bought this Venus Fly Trap thinking it would just sit quietly on my windowsill, munching on flies and minding its own business. Oh, how naive I was. This little plant is not just a fly trap—it’s a diva. First off, it’s the healthiest plant I’ve ever owned. It looks so vibrant and smug, like it knows it’s better at keeping pests away than I am. Within a week, it had already devoured three flies and a rogue mosquito, all while looking like the botanical equivalent of Gordon Ramsay. But it doesn’t stop there. The plant has attitude. I swear, every time I walk past it without giving it water or just admiring it, it looks at me like, “Really? You’re just going to ignore me? I’m out here working hard while you scroll through TikTok.” On the plus side, I no longer have to deal with flies buzzing around my house. On the downside, I’m starting to feel like I work for the plant and not the other way around. If you’re looking for a healthy, fly-eating machine with the personality of a reality TV star, this Venus Fly Trap is for you. Just be prepared to accept that it’s now the boss of your home. 10/10 would recommend—just don’t make it angry.

i ordered this plant and two days later i find the package thrown carelessly into the dropbox upside down (it has a “keep the package this way up” arrow on it) so i was horrified worrying it’d be dead and damaged due to the reviews on here of people getting half dead plants on arrival. however when i opened the box it was in i was pleasantly surprised to realise it was not only alive, nearly already outgrowing its pot and extremely healthy but packaged with bubble wrap and all sorts of protective things which protected it from being upside down for so long. a few weeks later and i’m already needing to repot it as it had outgrown it’s original pot. it is already growing more traps and fast!! its getting quite big! (the image in this review is one is from when i first got it, it’s crazy to believe how much it has grown already)

Pretty expensive but I imagine thats mostly down to package and posting, I know you can get them much cheaper in local garden centres but I had no way to get to one. So I ordered online instead and I was very happy, arrived in good condition and a good size with a full set of traps. I think the care instructions arent as good as they could be, and when you do more research these things require more care than I anticipated. Kept it indoors for a year and it was up and down, but I believe part of the reason was purely down to it needing the more specific care. So the product itself is great and as described, just be aware if it dies it might very well be your fault!

Absolutely love these three plants. They arrived quickly and were so well packaged, they were healthy plants and nearly a month later they still are. I would definitely recommend these, oh and they look just as good as they do in the pictures. Well done to whoever is supplying and looking after these plants.

I brought two and have had to replant both of them straight away because the pots where drenching in water to point it went all over my sides both plants where black and dying with a few that where closed and healthy I didn't buy these two plants two be half dead on arrival luckily roots where okay so will soon thrive in there new soil in future I will not be using this plant for any type of plants no care towards them at all
