I purchased an ESR case for my iPhone X, 11 pro and now my iPhone 12 pro - no regrets and I continue to plan to use ESR even though I am on the iPhone Upgrade program with all the insurance I could add.If you are looking for a case that has perfect button control (bonus: The silence switch is now impossible to _accidentally_ switch!), and that theoretically should protect your iPhone 11 pro, this is it.I have had no issues with the ports or Qi wireless charging.Size: If you have an iPhone 7 Plus, that is virtually the same size as the iPhone 12 Pro with this case (iPhone 12 Pro is slightly shorter).Some minor CONS: The edge of the case is very slippery (all 4 sides), so when leaning against something on a slippy surface like glass, it will likely slip down. The back is not very grippy as well but if it is flat on a tilted glass surface it will not slip.CONS:If you are looking for a low profile case, this is not a low profile case - do not buy this, it trades off slight bulk to protect the phone.If you are looking for a case to remove and put back on regularly - do not buy this, it trades off ease of removal to protect the phone. I want to add that is not difficult to remove this case at all, it can be removed relatively easy, but in two pieces and it takes time to get it off, like a tight glove.If you have giant fingers, you may not be able to reach in to switch the silence switch and may need a pen or something. I wear medium glove size and I can reach the switch with my thumb without issue.

Great cover for my new iPhone 12, I chose the clear one so that I can see my phone from the back. No point in picking a colored phone if your just going to cover it up. Very sturdy case and it came with screen protector. That’s already a great deal there. It went on easy no issue with the screen protector as you can see on the pic. I highly highly to anyone looking for a simple but functional case.

Great value for money especially when picked up for an extra discount during Prime Day. But if not, still great value. I usually prefer impact resistant cases that can adequately protect my phone due to accidental drops. Having used OtterBox, LifeProof, Tech21 cases in the past, I would say this case by ESR measures up to something more similar to Tech21: good protection without too much added bulk. It has a 2 piece: hard inner border wrapped by an outer rubber/plastic hybrid shell. Also came with 2 very good glass screen protectors. Screen protectors are smooth and responsive to touch. So the iPhone is well protected all around. Buttons are easy to press and provides good tactile response. Case fit is very good and easy to get on and off. Quality is very good and appears to be made well with quality material. The clear design allows the original phone colors to show through. Overall this case is well made, great value for money, and enhances the appearance of the phone in my opinion. I find myself looking the case over frequently because of how good it looks. Have not tested the impact resistance from a drop but there is a good amount of rubber protection around the frame of the case with extra reinforcement at the corners and around the camera cutout.

Pretty good so far. It is pretty funny how my brother, his girlfriend and I ended up with the same phone case. All bought through Amazon of course. So if that doesn’t say a lot about the case then I don’t know what would. The case is pretty good for the price. Especially if you’re looking for something that’s not going to break the wallet and still provide good enough protection for a $1000 phone.it is sturdy but not stiff so that’s a plus.

Edit:The customer service is top notch. I have been given replacement screens incredibly fast and their team has been wonderful at communicating! The case itself is fantastic. I have dropped my phone so many times and my phone is safe. The new screens are awesome!Previous: The case itself seems great, but the screen protectors were absolutely the worst. One came with a chip at the corner which meant I could never get all the bubbles out, they were difficult to adjust and seemed like flimsy plastic.

This case in my opinion was worth it because I accidentally left my phone on top of my car. When I drove off I didn’t notice I left it in top of my car and I heard a noise like something hit my car and I realized that it was my phone and I was on the road where the speed limit was 50mph. I pulled over and it took me a while to find my phone but when I saw it I was praying that it was not shattered because I know for sure that 3-4 cars ran over it. When I picked it up my phone was intact and shatter free I do want to say I did have a tempered glass screen protector so that could’ve helped too, but I was happy that my phone was alright.

It's not just a phone case. The screen protector (2 of them) as well as cleaning kits for each protector come in this deal. The day I got my new phone, I didn't get a case, so I had a very careful and wary few days before this case was quickly delivered to me following my order. It is not fancy, but it looks good, fits well, and I feel confident I can move around in life with my phone without risk of damaging it. I don't need my phone to make a statement to others with its appearance--I need it to be functional and not be damaged with daily use. This case is perfect for that. Highly recommended.

When I open my package I was happy with the screen protector. Then when I try to push my iPhone 12 into the case it would not fit. I couldn’t tell there were two pieces I was going to return it. Then a friend figured it out and pulled them apart am I from fit perfectly. Was extremely happy because I really wanted to clear case. You need to add instructions by the case has two pieces that need to pull apart so the phone can fit inside because I was really disappointed until someone figured it out for me thank you .
