IT IS VERY EASY TO USE.SO TIME AND GAS ARE SAVED

Quality of steel is very poor.especially the pipe. It's too delicate. It's difficult to fix the lid on the pipe.And edges are so sharp making it difficult to clean.And the lid of chiratta is too loose that it starts shaking as soon as the steam comes out.Giving single star rating as it does not allow to submit review without star rating.

The plastic parts (handle, knob etc) are not of very high quality but the steel vessel and pipe are of very good quality. Also works well on induction cook top. Value for money.The only flip side is that the puttu maker comes off the bottom vessel due to steam pressure. They should have incorporated a locking mechanism to avoid this. We are using with a wet cloth to make the connection tight enough so that it does not pop out.

The media could not be loaded. Bottom part of the utensil set is leaking from its joint at the middle part. Hot steam instead of coming out from the top is coming out through the middle part joint of the bottom part of the utensil (kudam) making it completely useless. Requested to replace it with a Non-defective set.

The flat round piece inside that passes the steam through, didnt have holes in the right place. Hence steam was not coming inside the top part. So I had to make a hole with a nail and a hammer. You will not get spare ones in other shops also. So be ready to do some hammering when you get this product.
