Money Spent Well Worth It
I live in a studio. This queen airbed sits on a queen box spring. I am 6”3 about 210lbs. Alone the firmness I like however I did just buy a 1.5 inch topper to give that extra cushion. I do a lot of reading/on my phone/watching videos on my table and really enjoy to put my back against the backboard area. The air stays locked in which I like a lot. It takes seconds to fill up if needed. The quality and durability is absolutely amazing w a one year warranty. This is my primary bed I use it every day and night I absolutely love it and will continue to use it. I believe it is able to handle up to 600lbs. Overall I recommend this airbed sleep quality is amazing , the height for me is great because I am tall , the thickness is comfortable. I hope this information helps. For the company who made this product “ WELL DONE”

Comfortable and Cozy
The bed arrived quickly and it was perfect for my guest. The mattress appears to be well made and sturdy. It was heavy but I managed to get it set up and inflated in minutes. The headboard support is nice feature that allows you to sit up and read or watch TV before going to sleep. I had a little difficulty getting the sheet onto the top of the mattress. It doesn’t seem to go all the way down under the headboard but it was snug enough and it stayed in place for the night. My guest said it was comfortable and plans to purchase one of his own! The mattress was perfect for him ( about 6 ‘ 2” ) and under 170 pounds. It has retained the air for a week now. I’m very pleased.

It's worth the money and met our expectations!
If you dread sleeping on air mattresses like I did, this is the mattress for you! My husband and I enjoy this comfy bed. We did add more air after a couple of days but the seller said to expect this. Since we are using the mattress in Idaho, we added a heated mattress cover, and it has worked well. We bought a fixer-upper and wanted to sleep in it. The bottom line- this air mattress is worth the money. A good night's sleep is priceless!

Comfy but defective.
Leakage: I want to rate this higher, but I've only had the air mattress 4 days and after we let it do the initial 24-72 hour stretch went to sleep on it and woke up almost on the floor. Found 3 needle sized holes in the seams patched them and after waiting 2 hours aired it up again and it still deflated almost completely. It shouldn't be like that basically brand new out the box. However it was comfortable before it deflated on me. Got it originally because we are going on a trip and needed it. I ordered a replacement so hopefully that one isn't defective straight out the box. I will update my review and ratings after I get and test the replacement. Update: since I've gotten three replacement my experience has been much better. 3 days into the replacement and so far no issues. The trip i needed it for is this weekend so hopefully it continues to hold up well.

Great purchase!
Excellent product. The quality for the price is crazy. This is my first time using a blow up mattress with a headboard and it’s a game changer. I have only slept on it one night but it was easy to blow up, holds air very well, blows up the headboard extremely well, and is awesome to have that rear support for sitting up or laying against my pillows (which are now supported by the headboard). I love this thing. If I travel to a friend for the night, I will tell them I have my own bed, just carve out a space for me lol. Only flaw (and this may be with all air beds), it feels a bit cold. I think a thicker sheet or maybe even a matters pad will easily solve that. The plastic is on the ground and I’m sleeping (with a fitted sheet) in the fabric side; however, it still feels a bit cold. Otherwise, it’s a GREAT purchase, especially at this price point.

Leaking In Less Than A Year- HORRIBLE Customer Service
DON'T BUY! I gave this a 1 star rating because I couldn't go lower. It falsely posted with 5 stars. I haven't had this air bed a year and it's leaking badly. I only use it a few days each month in a carpeted bedroom. Otherwise it's kept neatly folded in it's bag. I recently inflated it and kept waking up about every 3 hours having to re-inflate it. I woke up with my back and neck hurting, and extremely sleep deprived. I tried for several days to keep it inflated and to find where the slow leak was coming from. Then I left town and contacted the seller. He replied that I should contact Intex because it's still under warranty. I ended up speaking with a Rep who stated to file a claim I had to find the pinhole leak and cut out a 6x6 inch section of the airbed where it was leaking, then take a picture of the Intex logo on the bed. After taking this dangerous action of stabbing and cutting up the layered and reinforced airbed, she said take a picture of the cut out and upload it and the logo picture to the claim website. She said Intex will not honor their warranty if this isn't done. She also said if approved it would take months to receive the replacement. I asked what am I supposed to sleep on after destroying the airbed and waiting for months. She couldn't care less. She also refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I searched again and discovered the leak was at the pump. I took a picture of the pump and of the now almost deflated Intex logo and uploaded it with a copy of my Amazon shipping receipt. They immediately denied my claim. I called and the Rep said I didn't send pictures of the cut up airbed. I asked for a supervisor. She put me on hold a long time and when she came back she pretended that she couldn't hear me and hung up. Although she had initially asked for all of my info at the beginning of the call, including my phone number, she didn't call back. Amazon won't help because they state it's a 3rd party vendor. I haven't even been able to reach a human Amazon Customer Service Rep. I filed a complaint with my State Attorney General's office and the FTC due to shoddy defective material, lack of customer service and refusing to honor the warranty.

Spent so much money on this mattress. Used 3 times and after a couple of months I tried to use again and it inflates but after 1h the mattress is on the floor deflated.

I absolutely love this air mattress. It's been a game changer for my camping trips. The built-in air electric pump makes the setup and takedown process a breeze. The plush headboard is a standout feature, providing support when sitting up and preventing pillows from falling off. The mattress is raised 18 inches off the ground, with a velvety soft surface that makes for a comforting rest. It's like sleeping on a cloud! The bed holds air very well, and I didn't have to worry about it deflating during the night. The only thing better than the comfort is the convenience. It's easy to fold and comes with a portable storage carrying case, making it perfect for camping trips or as an extra bed for guests. Overall, this air mattress offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and durability. It's worth every penny!

Está súper cómodo y no tienes q estar reinflandolo después de usarlo, aguanta bastante bien. Mi único comentario es que es más grande de lo que pensaba por el headboard pero en general súper bien.

Bought this cause our baby wakes in the night and sleeping in a tent there is no way to have a supported back while sitting up with the baby. WHILE let me tell YOU! GAME CHANGER! It's amazing. Can totally lean back on it and it supports you so well. It held air very well for the 3 camping trips we used it. We did need to refill it each night before bed but that's with all air mattress. I 10/10 recommend this to anyone. If you like reading in the tent, or like us have a baby who needs to be cuddled to go back to sleep or whatever reason you need a head board, this is your new favorite air mattress! And it blows up super quick! It is on the long side so definitely make sure your space/tent is big enough to accommodate it.

When trying to start the built in pump, there is blue flash and then nothing. I’m wondering if it’s related to the difference In voltage between US and UK. I tried to return the product but as it was delivered with a long delay (Amazon even thought it was lost at some point), the 30 return policy expired before I had it for 30 days. I’m now stuck with an expensive mattress that I cannot inflate.
