Well After a bit of a mess up with the delivery, it finally arrived.. The product is amazing, I fell asleep while using it, so relaxing, all the stress from your head just melts away, fantastic product.

I've been using my Renpho Eye Massager for over a year on a regular basis, so this is a balanced review. I'll start of with the areas that could be improved... As many others have mentioned, this is not a quiet device - the massager works by inflating air into different pockets around the mask that apply pressure to the face and eye area. You get a hum of the pump as it inflates, followed by the hiss as air is purged. The other negative is the 'vibration' function - this is off by default, and I've only used it once - this is even noiser, fairly uncomortable and negates any relaxation. There are, however, many good points to this eye massager. The battery life is very good - even after a year of usage and regular charging. You get several usages between each charging session. There are a lot of functions on this model as well - the heated eye pads are effective, and set to just the right tempreture. There is also the ability to switch between the standard pressure and 'strong' pressure - this is similar to having your blood pressure taken, and at times you think it's not going to stop inflating, but I prefer this setting. There is relaxing music that is played through the mask near to the ears, or alternatively you can connect to a bluetooth device to play your own music, audiobook or podcast. So, overall I have been very impressed with this. I have used at night before sleeping, in the morning to wake up and sometimes when I've had a headache or migraine. Is it relaxing? It varies depending on you (and it seems to vary) - on occasions I've actually fallen asleep using it (although wake up when the female voice says 'Your Renpho massage is now complete'!). Other times it's not relaxing as such, but still an enjoyable experience. If you're looking for this sort of device, I would recommend the product.

Absolutely love love love this eye mask I only wish I’d found it sooner I’ve only had it a few days and my eyes are already looking much better. You can listen to the built in soothing music or connect your phone to enjoy your own music it has heat setting with massage, heat setting, massage and vibration Massage alone Heat alone or Vibration alone I suffer with headaches almost daily and so far I’ve not had one it’s still early days but very promising I also suffer with sinuses and noticed on the massage one part of the way it moves actually drained my sinuses so I’m hoping the next sinus infection I get this will help massively. I had been looking at this product for a while and kept it in my basket I then seen it was on offer this one comes with remote so I bought it as a gift to myself for Mother’s Day coming however I’ve used it non stop since trying it out I may need to treat myself to another Mother’s Day present now 😂 I’m thinking of the hot and cold eye mask by RENPHO maybe? I have the massage gun by RENPHO also which is excellent I think I know where I’ll be buying from now since having bought these products and both living up to standards. If anyone has bought the hot and cold one could you let me know how you got on as mixed reviews on that one. Don’t hesitate on buying this you will not be disappointed it makes you want to fall asleep it’s so good. RENPHO please make an eyemask that you can wear for a massage first as well as sleeping in as that is the only issue I didn’t want to take it off. My eyes are brighter and less puffy also fab product !

Did not include remote control doesn't need one though. The instructions aren't very clear. Long press on the power button is off and on. Short press to cycle through massage modes for heat, massage, vibrate, combos. Small top button Short press cycles through tunes. I assume long pressing this button cycles through volume though all I can hear is the lady saying maximum volume. Max volume isn't loud. Lower small button long press turns music off and on. Short press for three massage pressure modes. Default is low pressure so when you first press it it will go to high pressure. Then no pressure followed by low. The button are a little tricky to master at first. They already Indented, touch activated but still need the right angle and pressure. I haven't tried out the bluetooth as I don't wish to, my headphones and speakers suffice. The massager itself is incredible the heat is just right and high pressure is strong but ssfe and not intense. The vibrations are pulses that come off and on in a small set pattern so as not to be monotonous. Despite the rooms for improvement listed above, I would definitely recommend this as an excellent massager. Charges reasonably fast and without vibration on just heat and pressure which as a gentle kneading action BTW, I get a good hours use about 4 of times timed massages. Very stylish and very comfortable to wear.

This is such a lifesaver for me. I suffer with headaches daily and sometimes even medication doesn't work so I thought I'd give this a try, not really expecting much but it really helps, it's relaxing, comfortable and really does ease my headaches.

I’ve only had it for a few days and used it a couple of times but it is very good! I suffer with cluster headaches, migraines and tension headache along with eye strain/aches due to working on a computer all day and various other things. I’d recommend this as it is has seemed to help me headaches and eyes. I used it on the stronger massage setting and was a bit too strong for me but the normal one is perfect. I play relaxing music through it and after feel like I’ve had a little relaxing massage 👌🏼

The Eye massager never fails to relax me. It's rather loud, but I get use to it in the midst of massage and often fall asleep during the session.

I bought this because during the winter, my eyes can get extremely dry and I heard that applying heat helps. I must say, this is a cool gadget! Some people complain about the battery because you can only use it a few times before needing to charge it (I believe I was able to use it 3 or 4 times before needing to charge it). Bit considering how much work this does, it's surprising it doesn't need to be charged more than it does. Just charging it every few times after using it is not a huge deal. This has a feature to connect it to your phone so you can listen to music while it does it's thing, which is a neat feature. You can listen to something that helps you relax while your eyes and temples get massaged. It has a remote too, so that's helpful while you're using it, then you don't have to worry about touching the wrong button on the headset. You can conveniently hit a button on the remote to control whatever you'd like to change. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised how well this worked. I used it when I had a migraine and this definitely helped make it go away. So happy I purchased this, worth every penny to me!

15 minuti dedicati a se stessi. il massaggio è gradevole il calore è piacevolissimo. ho acquistato il modello con telecomando, che però se non lo studi a menadito prima, con gli occhi tappati non ricordi come usarlo. il tasto sulla maschera touch non sempre risponde benissimo, certe volte è troppo sensibile, altre non risponde, certe volte parte da solo quando sto riponendo la maschera nella sua custodia, altre se lo sfioro per sbaglio sistemando meglio la maschera sugli occhi cambiando modalità di massaggio. nell'insieme è comunque un valido prodotto sia da regalare che da regalarsi
