Not only delicious, packed with vitamins and minerals, but fun to use all the different names that have ever been around for them. Especially great to use them in Hoppin' John and makin' some hoe cakes to accompany :)

These beans are a staple in my pantry. I used to get them at my local grocery, but they quit carrying them. I was so glad to see them on Amazon!

As far as I know, these are the best dried beans money can buy! I've eaten them for over 70 years, and I hate to make beans using any other brand; however, I am a native New Orleanian.
