Beautiful instrument. Nib looks cheap though...
As per Indian standards, this pen should have cost between ₹500 to ₹1000. 5k is too steep a price for this product.Writing is decent. Feedback feels sweet. I have a 14Kt medium nib which feels smoother than this steel fine nib. But it will likely improve with prolonged use (as noted with my previous sailor pen).The nib looks so lackluster. A narrow, small nib. The elegance associated with expensive pens is completely missing here.

For someone who has now matured as a fountain pen user to differentiate between writing experiences across types of nibs and brands — from Meisterstucks to Metropolitans … Sailor Procolor 500 still feels like a breathe of fresh air .. feeling the sea after years as a Bedouin traveller ..
