I don't really know what to say about meta mucil,I was told by my sister dat it helps in digestion and also not to experience constipation.I have tried but haven't seen any different yet, maybe not good for me 😔.

I have used this fiber for years. I have tried many other fibre supplements, and this is the best quality in my humble opinion. It is easy to suspend, much easier than plain psyllium fibre husk, although you must stir it into cold water and drink it immediately. Tastes fine even though sugar free, which is important since I follow a low carb diet.
