Q: How do we find out the expiry date?

On my bottle, the expiration date is printed just to the right of the supplement information chart.

Q: WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THIS PILL?

My bottle of InnovixLabs Triple Strength Omega-3 with lot #IL130564 Exp 10 11 16 has the mass of the capsule to be: 1.70515 g with length 25.40 mm and diameter 10.63 mm supplies ethyl esters of 1,254.29 mg. See my photo under consumer supplied images. The amount of omega-3s per label and not based on IFOS wrong numbers are 72%. This is an ethyl ester for which the company failed to disclose. I contacted the FDA and they said that this product violates the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 and is classified as adulterated. The product contains the same active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) as the FDA-approved prescription drugs Lovaza (EPA-EE 465 mg, DHA-EE 370 mg) and Vascepa (EPA-EE 1,000 mg). You need to read the prescribing information warnings for Lovaza (heart palpation's etc.) before taking this product. Also, having an ethyl ester in an enteric capsule has no efficacy or safety. I took these capsules and they did not work because they by-passed my stomach and deposited the ethyl esters contents onto my sensitive brush boarder on the gut lumen. Ethyl esters are already less absorbed as compared to TAG and putting the ethyl esters in an enteric coating makes the absorption worse. That is why you will not find the prescription ethyl esters in an enteric coating. The absorption is much less. The purpose of the stomach is to prepare the bolus for absorption and is a pre-digestive step. So, by taking this unproven, no efficacy product, you maybe a paying guinea pig in a clinical trial like me. Save your money and purchase a TAG product such as any of the Nordic naturals or Nutrigold Triacylglyerol product for more absorption at a lower dose and price.Pixe

The current production lots we have selling of Triple Strength Omega-3 is Lot # IL160003 and IL160673, both have an Expiration of 2019, two years from now.

Q: I can't find any current IFOS ratings on this product, why not?

I had no problem finding IFOS ratings for INNOVIX LABS Triple Strength OMEGA-3. It received a 5 out of 5 star IFOS rating. The label states, made with IFOS-Certified Fish Oil.
