Honestly, I use every single client of mine when administering neurotoxin, and it works incredibly well. I am buying three more just in case the one I use daily breaks or stops working. It's a lifesaver and better than any other vibration anesthesia tool I have ever used!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I can use myself and vibrate with my left and inject with my right hand.

Need an assistant to use it correctly: too cumbersome to use yourself except to perhaps to anesthetize a lesion. You have to hold the button to make it work there is no option to leave it on which makes it difficult to use. Cannot use for filler. Ok for Botox but need an assistant for that application. Just buy a $10 dollar vibrator.

I used this on 3 patients and pain the same. Waste of my $$.

Have not purchased from Amazon, but my colleague has one of these he ordered directly from Blaine Labs. I often borrow it in clinic to inject sensitive areas on children including toes. It works like a charm. I’ve also used it on a patient with painful dehiscence of deep forehead sutures post-Mohs. He wouldn’t let me touch the sutures without this. While using the device, I was able to inject anesthetic and remove all five without significant pain. Highly recommend.

Bought 3- one broke after a month, second one broke after three months.

I have the same experience as the other user, the clear part breaks after 3-5 months of usage, luckily the company sent me a replacement but I have no idea for how long this one will work. The mechanism is literally the same as a sex toy that you buy for under $10 but this one you have to pay 30 times more, and I bet the sex toy would last waaaaaaaaaaay longer than this "medical" device.
