Godd stuff
Excellent Good texture like traditional wheat pasta only healthy. Cooks faster. I cook in water enough to finish the cooking and leave a creamy sauce

Very good
This tastes just like pasta and itβs gluten-free and lectin free. I love the consistency of it and the taste. I always boil it in beef broth as it gives it a better flavor.

So good!
This tastes just like the real thing. It's much healthier option in my opinion and less processed. I made this with sauce and meatballs and it was a big hit in my house. I didn't tell anyone it was a different kind of pasta. Everyone ate it as usual without complaints... and when I said it was sorghum, they said they couldn't even tell. Definitely a win!

Good gluten-free alternative pasta
These are tasty and perfect for a gluten-free diet. My only comment is they do stick together in the water while cooking and in order for them not to become mushy, it is important not to overcook them. I start tasting at the minimum cooking time and taste every minute until they are al-dente but not too soft.

Pretty good value for the cost
Pretty good value for the cost. Pretty good tast and texture. It's suppose to be a healthier choice of pasta noodle.

Product of China!!!!
Didn't notice that this is grown in China. I would never buy/consume food from China.Rightly so, they have no return policy. Would rather trash this than consume.USDA label more or less seems to be joke now. Not sure if USDA truly provides that approval.Have seen lot of Indian food stores also using USDA label liberally
