Excellent, Kirkwood is Costco and this is often out of stock when we go. Found a new supply; my wife thinks this is by far the best cooking spray and she has tried them all. Will purchase again, fast delivery too.

Perfect for frying
This stuff helps you control how much oil you use as it’s a spray. The biggest benefit though is food doesn’t stick to the pan when you use it - fry eggs etc and they never stick like they do with other veg oils.

Very good for slimming use. Better than frylight and it doesn’t ruin your pans. Love it.
