Really like the board, it’s solid, not too thick like my large thick bamboo cutting board which makes it very very heavy, I like this board’s weight, size and color. I currently use three cutting boards, large one for raw meet/ fish, this one for cooked/veggies, small one for cheese/fruit.The only problem for wood cutting board is you have to know how to take care of it. Such as oil it before use and oil it weekly ideally. Do not submerge it in water or put in dishwasher otherwise it will be come a piece of trash...... watch some YouTube videos for how to take care of wood cutting board is very helpful.After oil it, there will be some wood flakes coming up that seems normal for all raw wood boards, just get a fine sandpaper to lightly sand down, it will be smooth again.

Very disappointed with this cutting board. I purchased this back in June 2021. Here it is January 2022 and the board is already beginning to crack and warp.I Would consider myself an avid chef. I use this board usually once every 2 to 3 days. It has NEVER been in the dishwasher and I very frequently oil it as I should with mineral oil.With that said, I do use it often enough that’s it’s beginning to show wear. That totally understandable. What is not understandable is why it has begun cracking down one of the seams (as in picture) and it no longer resting flat. It pains me to say that I would not recommend this product to others even though walnut is once of the best woods for use as a cutting board. And definitely not worth what I spent on it. Think twice!!!

The thickness is better than my old chipping board. Also bigger size that also solve my problem that I always need to cut a big volume of vegi. Thanksgiving is around the corner, I can wait to serve my turkey on this big nice looking chopping board.

I know, how good can a cutting board be, right? Well this one is very nicely made, the wood grain (and I attached a picture) is some of the nicest I've owned. I have had cherry, and teak, but this walnut is a sight!

The mineral oil brought up the fur in the wood which made it rough and un-useable since the fur flakes off and would be in our food if I carved on it. I tried smoothing it with a fine grade of steel wool but the fur keeps rising back. Don't waste your money on this one!

Beautiful board when i first opened it. I followed the instructions to season it with a food grade mineral oil. That was the end of the board! The mineral oil brought up the fur in the wood which made it rough and un-useable. Tried hand washing in warm, soapy water and now it’s totally dried out. Only used it once. Don't waste your money on this one!
