Excellent stuff! I'm working on a tight budget with my fitness goals. I don't got tons of cash to shell out for the latest bodybuilders product endorsement. Some of the other lower priced products made me throw up in my mouth. Gross. So, I gave this a shot. Great flavor, blends quickly and easily. Hydrates and gives you that extra boost of aminos to help you through the workout and recovery. I've added it as a staple to my regimen. Good any time of day!

Oh my holy geez. This is seriously disgusting. I had to throw it away. It was sickeningly fake sweet when mixed as directed. Even when I tried it with ice... still gross. I watered it down to an excessive degree.... still gross. I mixed it with sugar free Kool aid.... still gross. Gag.

I like the flavor but do find it a little too sweet, so I simply don't use a full scoop or I add more water. Regarding effectiveness, it seems to help me in terms of energy while working out and muscle recovery post strength training.

Very affordable BCAA and works just as good as the more expensive brands.I'm very pleased, but however I'm not a fan of the flavor....too sweet.

Does have an after taste but other than that seems effective, after workout soreness decreased so I feel it is worth the $$
