I’ve been using the Incrediwear arm sleeve for a few weeks now, and I am truly impressed. I suffer from occasional elbow pain and tendinitis, and this sleeve has made a huge difference in my daily comfort. Runs smaller than recommended measurements. My bicep measured is 13 inches and the S/M size cut into my upper arm. I’m exchanging for a L. Otherwise I like the sleeve as compared to other pull on braces.

I'm only giving this review a 4 star because it looks like there was a sizing and color mistake with the Amazon ad and therefore I received the wrong color and size, however I was able to return it. I work in home therapy as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and I'm a 20 year retired Navy Parachute Rigger that had ACL knee surgery back in the middle 90's. My knee was stable for years after but towards the end of my Naval career it started acting up especially with rigorous tasks like working on the flight deck of a aircraft carrier. I just learned to deal with it. It would periodically flare up and become unstable and painful for a week or so until the inflammation while have time to subside. I got use to taking Tramadol like it was candy to deal with the pain. After retiring from the Navy the VA kept putting off my request for knee surgery and instead gave me an uncomfortable bulky expensive knee brace to use for stabilizing my knee when it would flare up and become weak. About 3 years into my second career in home therapy I came across Incrediwear at one of my patient's home. I gave it a try and it was a game changer. Instead of having to deal with a weak and painful knee for a week or so after it would flare up from tasks like working in the yard or brought on by the adverse weather changes. I would sleep using the knee sleeve and about 90% of the time the pain and unstableness of the knee would be gone the following morning. This product is like getting the benefits of cold therapy which is recommended to be applied for 20-30 minutes 3 times a day, however some people don't like cold therapy and are immobile while using the cold pack. The negative ion therapy technology allows you to get the benefits of reducing inflammation as long as you wear the sleeve which can be done as long as you like and allows you to be mobile at the same time. Once I saw the product worked for me I started recommending it to my patients and over time I noticed that about 70% of them would get pain relief. I suspected that the other 30% may have needed Total Knee Replacement surgery or some other form of invasive surgery. About 9 years after I retired from the Navy I finally got my knee surgery through the VA under the new Choice program. I had arthroscopy surgery to fix an old meniscus tear that was the cause of my knee problems for so many years. I no longer need to use the knee sleeve, but I'm using the arm sleeves now since I've been dealing with stubborn chronic tennis elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis) for about 7 months from clearing out a fence line of overgrown vegetation. Some of my patient's have tried other Incrediwear products like the gloves, shoulder, and elbow sleeves with positive pain relief made. I highly recommend this product for an inexpensive and non-invasive way to cope with chronic joint and sometimes neuropathy pain. I know first hand how chronic joint pain/weakness can become really old and depressing at times. Hope my review helps you decide to try this inexpensive and none medicine pain relief alternative.

These are extremely comfortable and arrived quickly. Originally purchased one sleeve to see how they felt and immediately ordered 3 more. Definitely worth the price. Compression is perfect, not too loose and not too tight.

These are pretty handy, no pun intended. I've had some weird issues with tingling and numbness in my whole arms. Up past the elbow and above. The last orthopedic surgeon I visited told me it was carpal tunnel and clearly exclaimed that compression and icing the arms WOULD NOT HELP! So then the condition flares up again after I do a bunch of physical labor, then I get these sleeves. I start wearing them while I work AND I start icing my arms and they have both helped SO MUCH! Frustrated that I was clearly (IMHO) misdiagnosed, but glad that good ol' compression and ice help. I've found that if I wear these while doing work that requires a good grip (cutting wood with an axe, chopping off branches with saws, hauling wood, shoveling, etc. ) then the inflamation/numbness is significantly better the next day than if I'd worn nothing. So I highly recommend these! I also have some Incrediwear braces for knee and ankle (because I've abused my body throughout my life) and they're all great!
