The Bradford Exchange Thomas Kinkade White Christmas Masterpiece Edition Snowman – Thomas Kinkade village featured in Snowman tummy, train runs at his base.

A very poor quality product, pictures are very misleading, even though it says hand painted, to me it looks more like anything made in China. Colours on the little train that goes around are nothing like in the picture so it looks awful. Glitter is coming off, says Chrystal but to me it looks like normal glass, doesn't have that shine and the lamp that he holds in the hand doesn't have any light. Absolutely not worth the astronomical price asked for.

A great addition to my collection.

This is a cute item but on reflection I am not sure it's worth the money. It does look nice when lit up and it seems you have the option of batteries or plug in, which is good. Sadly you cannot have it lit up without the train trundling round the track at the base. This would be no problem other than it is a tad noisy. I am probably being picky but it did quite annoy us when we had it lit and running.I still like it but doubt it will be shown off to its full glory due to the train

i liked the product but it came with a faulty switch so i had to send it back on the plus side they included areturn label so i had no problems with it i said i wanted a refund as this was a xmas present so very disappointed i have not heard from the company yet but i will give them more time

I brought this for my 82 year old mum who loves these Christmas decs.When she opened it the train which runs around on the track was broken. So I have returned it. Overall the products looks cheap and at £140 pounds we did not expect this item to look like something brought from poundland. Really not worth paying this much for this item

Base is marked. Train catches as it turns . Base scratched the table.

We received this as a present and it is quite attractive with the train running around the base but thought it may be nicer it it could light up. Only when reading other reports we realised it should - but we don't know how to get this repaired to proper working order. Surely these are checked before supplying?
