Bought this for this past Halloween for a healthcare work Halloween Potluck. He greeted everyone as they walked in. Then someone stole him this past weekend. Very disheartened. But great product!

The first time we used this, a slight breeze knocked it over and broke the motor. (I do mean a slight breeze!!) So upset by this! It was otherwise a fantastic purchase and the motion activation was perfect. It's super creepy, which was the goal. Unfortunately, now it's nonfunctional. Be sure you weigh it down with something heavy when using outdoors.

The fabric is a heavier than I've seen on other props from Haunted Hill, but it smelled musty out of the box. The plastic skeleton pieces are also painted a flat grey, and there were lots of spots where it had been scratched or rubbed off from abrasion during shipping - and not in a way that added to the look the of prop. It looked like it needed to be repaired. It also does not bend or move at the waist in any way as depicted in the pictures. There is a mechanical box just under the neck and that sits on a rigid pole. The movement when activated is that eyes light red the head nods up and down. There was also a spare wire with a plug that was not plugged into anything. I contacted Haunted Hill with related questions, but did not get a response.

Scared my dog. It will be perfect for Halloween! I'll definitely get my bang for the buck on this one. (Dog's good with it now.)

This item came with the cross pieces for bottom missing. One short phone call later handled this issue and I was sent a replacement parts the next day. Then when it was placed outside the gears for the head going up and down you could hear them but it wasn't working to move the head It was like slipping. again I called them I was worried I wouldn't have it in time for Halloween it arrived the next day a complete replacement. This is a great company I cannot tell you how all issues were resolved. I'm sure my experience with the item being non-working or missing parts is unusual but this is a great company as they handled everything and now it works perfectly.

The media could not be loaded.  Pretty decent prop for the price point. I actually had it outdoors and it did get a little wet from some rain, but it did not affect the over all performance of it. Since this was a Halloween that did not allow us to pass out candy directly I strung a cord across the yard and hung candy bags on it. Since this prop reacted better to being bumped or moved to activate the motion, I wrapped one of the hands to the cord so that every time someone grabbed the candy it set it off. The material on the prop is fairly thin, but with some care it should last many Halloweens.

The media could not be loaded.  The base/stand is made of thin, flimsy plastic. It will not support the weight of the animatronic’s head. It topples over when he moves.On arrival the black paint inside the mouth is already flaking off.There are blobs and strings of hot glue everywhere. Even on the eyeballs where people first look.I feel that the price is too high for an animatronic of this quality. I wouldn’t purchase it again.

This is a mask with a long flowing net material attached. Worked great for our tall outdoor entry way. Makes a haunted noise when you move near it.
