So, I am fairly skeptical about supplement claims these days, but I’ve come across a lot talk about the use of collagen peptides to boost skin, joint, and gut health. I’ve tried various products over the years and much of it is underwhelming or offers little to no ROI. I decided to give this product a try to address some joint pain I’ve been dealing with for the last several months and although it is still quite early in the cycle, I have already begun to experience some interesting benefits. First, I’ve noticed a bit of a boost in energy. Perhaps it is the improved nutrient absorption due to the probiotic blend? It seems to have helped address some of my digestive sensitivities- especially with lactose and grains. I have also experienced a bit of help recovering from hard workouts - again, it may be due to improved gut health or perhaps some direct impact due to collagen peptides. Curious to see how this continues to evolve with use. Lastly, I have felt a bit of joint pain relief in my knees, fingers and shoulder. For me, this is my primary goal for this product and hope it will help provide greater flexibility, regeneration and guard against continued wear and tear. Will definitely update this review with more details. As for the product itself - I have found thing it is quite easy to dissolve and mix into smoothies, juice, my morning coffee and even just plain water. No strange chemical or off taste - in fact, for me, it was flavorless. So far, I am happy with this and recommend it for folks who are looking for a decent quality supplement to help combat the effects of aging. Great product!

I always start out by reviews somewhat the same by admitting I'm a 63 year old women looking for some help in the aging process so when I find a product that addresses more than one need why wouldn't I try it. Now, is this product completely responsible for why my skin looks good for being 63, no, but does it help? ABSOLUTELY!! I definitely see a difference if I quit using this. I have literally had women I don't know touch my arm and say "how does your skin look so good". The fact that it also a probiotic is a bonus. Before I started using this I was taking a probiotic supplement. When I remembered!! This is so easy. I use it two ways. I mix with almond milk & blueberries for a smoothie or I froth in almond milk for my coffee. I'm never forgetting as I can't live without my daily smoothie and my coffee. That's two benefits right there. Skin & Gut Health. Cannot fail to mention joint health. When I stop using this I just feel old. I really do! No product is a miracle product but this one is a great product the reaps multiple benefits.

Currently on my second bottle and I am really happy with this product so far. It doesn't have a weird taste or flavor unlike some other "unflavored" collagen peptide supplements I've used in the past. I mix it in my coffee and it dissolves quickly and there are no clumps of product left at the bottom of the cup. I haven't noticed a reduction in joint pain but I can say I see a vast improvement in my skin tone which is why I bought this product initially. I do wish the container lasted longer. I get about a month out of it, however, that breaks down to about a $1.08 per day so not terrible.

I loved this product! It is smooth, easily dissolvable and tasteless in my morning drink. The first thing I noticed was that my fingernails were growing faster and stronger. I have also noticed my hair growing faster. I don't see a big difference in my skin yet but will definitely continue using this collagen. Because of the changes I have seen already, I believe I will also see it in my skin with continued use! Also, I love the fact that I can get my probiotics in this product

I switched from another brand because I didn't like the ascorbic acid taste or how it made my stomach feel. This one is flavorless in my coffee and dissolves well and no stomach issues. Win win. Just stir real fast. My husband didn't even notice I was mixing it into his pot of coffee for about 2 months. hehehe It doesn't make my coffee as rich and creamy as the Vital proteins brand, but pretty close and this one has the added beneficial ingredients of biotin and probiotics so it's worth the trade off. I put it on subscribe and save so I never have to worry about running out. My nails are definitely stronger and growing faster than ever. I can even wear nail polish now, yay! Trying not to bite them has been the big challenge for me and I keep nail files everywhere to deal with snags quickly. I haven't really noticed any benefits to my hair yet, but I'm hoping that will come in time and help with my hair falling out when I shower and style it. I have really curly hair so it's hard to tell about growth as it shrinks up when dry. Over all I'm happy with the product.

I'm aging. I have thinning nails, and slowly thinning hair. In an effort to combat that naturally, I have added collagen to my daily diet. I personally prefer an unflavored collagen, so I can stir it into everything from my morning coffee, to my glass of wake up water. This one works well! Its unflavored, mixes well, and satisfies my need to get my daily biotin, and protein all in one glass. I would recommend it for folks who are trying to get the boost their skin, hair, nails and body need from collagen peptides! I didn't even mention the probiotics! Such a great way to keep yourself feeling fine.

I only just started using this so I can't speak to effectiveness yet but as far as taste, there is none. I am extremely sensitive to the funky taste of protein powder and everything tastes awful. I used a different form of collegen powder previously but it must have contained something that I was sensitive too because my skin responded negatively to it and once I stopped ingesting it the symptoms went away. So I'm hoping this brand does not do that to me because I really want to supplement collegen now that I'm in perimenopause. I'm starting at half the dose just to acclimate myself to it. I mix it with my coffee in the morning and can't taste it at all. So thankful for that!!
