Very relieving
I have take idk how many supplements for my hips & knees, trying to find the right one. And I seaech no more. These are great. I don't wake through the night with pain & they carry on through the day.

Joint relief
Havnt used it long enough to give a proper review. But by itself it did not give as much relief as expected. But with additional meds it works great

Disappointed
I tried this product along with getting on the auto ship for the instaflex program, but did not see any effect or relief from my pain from arthritis and sciatic nerve. This did not work for me at all. And their products are on the high side as far as cost. They do seem to have a lot of reviews saying how it has helped other people, but I did not see any benefit from it at all.

No more stiffness
I have stiffness in my left knee so bad till I was dragging my leg is the with Insta flex I’m bout to drop it like

No sleep and no refund!
I wanted this to work as well as the daytime Instaflex, but it didn't. It took me hours to fall asleep, then I kept waking up trembling. Sure wish I could get a refund.
