I ordered this woolite and did not receive it

In my experience it may be that during shipping the product may have leaked and was returned. When I have received a defective container I took a photo and sent to seller to get my credit back. Judy

Is it ok and good for hand washing?

I would think so if it works in my washing machine on warm I love it it keeps my cloths dark not faded

No. my wife uses it primarily, and she is very sensitive to strong odors. She just likes the way it cleans her delicate dark colors. We have used this product for 3-4 years, and the regular Woolite even longer. She likes the product We normally look for unscented products, but this one the fragrance is mild enough, so she uses it.
