These help to sooth sore skin blemishes quite quickly. They are easy to swallow with no nasty smells and they are gentle on the stomach. They don't leave an aftertaste like some B Vits and with 60 capsules they are very good value for money.

This is pretty well priced it a little over a fiver. It is a clearly marked vegan product on both the packaging and the product page. You are getting 60 vegetarian capsules and if you take the recommended dosage of either one or two daily then this will last you obviously one or two months. The capsules are of typical size and pretty straightforward enough to swallow. You get a decent expiry date of about 18 months from the time of purchase. The levels of B3 and B5 are both 250 mg so a very decent dose. Considering that this is a vegan supplement and it went that extra mile to ensure there is nothing like gelatin in it I am really impressed with the dosage and the price.
