Bought these for my husband again. He finds them comfortable and reliable. He is able to live life with the confidence of no leaks.

These were very good when I had bladder cancer. I lost control of my bladder and kept leaking urine.They are discrete, no noise when moving around and no smell from the fluid retaining section.They won’t contain major leaks, but as someone who had a large tumor in their bladder, these were good enough to contain those leaks when I couldn’t get to the toilet quickly enough or after going still having small leaks..

I was unsure that these would work.But it took some time getting used to the feeling.Overall it did the job.No leakage, drips etc.Would recommend themI wear them when I am working away from home.Gives me confidence that I don't embarrass myself when away from public toilets

Second pair I’ve bought does the job in case of leakage with a catheter in place I’m usually a XL and they came up a bit tight so I’d go one size up

These were a great transition from the clunky diapers with a pad I’d been wearing since my prostate surgery. I still use with a light pad but, I once again feel normal, no chafing just nice soft feeling underwear. I’ve been using them daily for biking, golf and everyday use. I’ve had them for four months and the quality is very good, the price might seem high but it’s worth the price to feel normal again!! Don’t hesitate to try.

These are not cheap but they do work really well for men to avoid urine accidents showing. To make them last longer and not shrink, I do not put them in the dryer; however, I do put them in the washing machine without any problem. They are extremely well made of quality materials. My elderly husband really likes how well these underpants work. They are surprisingly absorbent but they are not designed for holding the contents of a full bladder. They so impressed his doctor that he has recommended them to other patients.

Comfortable fit. Does the job. Washing many times has not altered elasticity of shape.
