The boat hauler was easy to assemble, however did not include instructions on how to do so. I just assembled pieces until I ran out of pieces. One tip, however, is there are 2 bolts and a quick disconnect pin on the main shaft. The pictorial shows the quick disconnect as being used on the aft end, which made it difficult to carry in the 6.5 bed of my pickup truck, however, if you use the quick disconnect on the middle hole, it fits fine so now I can carry the boat and the boat hauler to the marina for a launch.

It came with the box ripped, as expected with this kind of articles with Amazon orders. Assembled easy, the square main beam is composed of three parts where the one at the ends slides in a center one. The size are so different, that creates a lot of side movement even when the screws are tight (I change the original cheap screws and screws and nuts for stainless steel safety screws and nut). Then put it apart, and apply some gasket tape around the profiles that slides into the center piece and fixed, they were not moving any more. Spend hour looking for the ball mounter because the size of the frame is not standard. The wheels do not have bearings, so I will not take it for a long trip, put some grease on the assemble process. I have not taken it to a road trip yet, but it look solid for what I want to put. That is why I give them a 4 starts. The price was awesome. I will keep you posted with more results...It looks that will serve the purpose!! 08/03/19 I took it today for the same trip to the lake, about 2mi away, and the rims melted completelly. So I will have to pay now $60 box for full tires replace. I have pictures but Amazon did not let me update them.

This boat trailer is exactly the size of a canoe or a kayak or paddle board. The only problem that we have with this is the paddles that holds the boat on are so slick that we have trouble keeping the boat centered.

The 1.5 i" x1/16 " Tubing, is very flimsy at every joint. needs to be welded at all the joints. And you can't find a 1.5" Toung hitch, witch will require a bit of shimming. The tires are a real joke. I can't imagine How fast that small a tire is spinning at Highway speeds. I have 10.4ft KAYAK that certainly is light enough. I have a 10’ inflatable boat, wood floor and swivel fishing seat with electric & 2 stroke motors. This Trailer Fits my needs. I made a trailer to use and travel with ( Full Time Rving ), however too complicated. This is what I should have done instead of spending hours and Money building a trailer. At a glance I see myself increasing tire size up 10”, we’ll see. Look forward to assembling with my G-son. Then putting boat together 🎣. 3/4” axles makes it easy to upgrade ( within reason ) for anyone with common sense. I figured the boat assembled weighs 150#. Both tires came flat, both inner tubes have a hole in them next to the stem in the same spot, now I'm dropping 10 more bucks for new inner tubes because the patches didn't seal so close to the stem bugle. Also the fake wood holes weren't counter sunk enough so the bolts stick up which would've damaged any boat....its just a expensive diy project

I don't think I've ever received a product with less quality control. 1) When the package arrived I immediately found one tire would not hold air at all (it immediately deflated with a definite hiss of leaking air.) I reported the issue to you, and a replacement tire/wheel was sent. Unfortunately that one doesn't hold air either; the second one from the original shipment also loses pressure within 24 hours. So now I have 3 tires/wheels that will not hold air. 2) I was out-of-town on business for several weeks, so was delayed in assembling the trailer. I've found several nuts and bolts sent with the trailer that are the wrong size--they fit NOTHING on the trailer at all. Unfortunately some nuts and bolts that ARE required are missing entirely. My guess is that the set of nuts/bolts included with the package were for some other trailer or product. Though I'm able to find the correct nuts/bolts at my local store, I have to wonder about the quality control process the manufacturer follows. 3) I just returned from visiting Tractor Supply, Atwoods, Harbor Freight, and Lowes, hoping to find replacement tires/wheels that would fit this trailer and not lose air. Unfortunately the axle diameter of the boat trailer measures .785 inches; the closest standard wheel available is .750 inches. Given the difference of .035 inches, I'm reluctant to try pressing or pounding a 3/4" replacement onto the axle. Why the manufacturer created axles that are not a standard diameter size is beyond me. I would like to return the whole package for a full refund; since it's been approx 6 weeks since my original order, that may not be possible (the message I received via Amazon is it is "outside the time window." ) Buyer beware.

came with incomplete screw tool ranges. The 2 interior tubes need to be replaced before use as it was torn inside. Cannot be used for Kayak as it need a boat with pointed down shape. supplied screws are GI at it rust if used in salt water.

Arrivato in 7 giorni come comunicato dal venditore. Il pacco non era confezionato in maniera eccellente, infatti è arrivato con la scatola leggermente rotta dato il peso. Per fortuna non mancava nulla. Semplice e veloce il montaggio. Il carrello fa esattamente ciò che viene descritto. Io lo uso per un gommone smontabile da 3.30 metri. Con questo carrello il trasporto del gommone mi è diventato molto più semplice e leggero. Unica pecca è la limitata possibilità di rotazione delle alette che non permette un adeguato adattamento al mio scafo. Ma basta un colpo di smerigliatrice per risolvere il problema. Per il prezzo, circa 80 euro in meno di altri prodotti simili, è un ottimo acquisto.
