Recon1 is typically my go to! Total war is great! Not too much jitter or overall intensity. A lot of of the time I’m able to do a half scoop and my outcome of workout is great. The flavor mixes great with water and for the price the size is unbeatable.

While there is a faint chemical flavoring to the pre-workout, its very tolerable to drink.Mixability:Mixing is straightforward. I use a standard shaker bottle, and the powder dissolves completely without any issues. I haven't had any issues with mixing. The pre-workout mixes well without a mixer ball as well.Positive/Effects:I experience a noticeable increase in energy and stamina, and there’s no crash afterward, which is great. However, the effects can be a bit intense for those sensitive to stimulants, be careful, start with smaller scoops to assess your tolerance. This has been one of the easiest pre-workouts on my stomach as well. Does not cause any GI Distress.Overall, i'd recommend Total War to any beginner/intermediate gym go-er. Simply due to the taste, effects, and cheap cost of the product.

Great stuff, gives you that "itch" everyone talks about, so if you like that and/or jitters, get this. Definitely gets you in the zone for workouts, I could tell a noticeable difference in my thought process/mental state. (I used to take double scoop, maybe triple if I was doing leg day back when I was really into my "PR or ER" Ronnie Coleman lifting stage, which I will say worked, but be wary of the amount of caffeine you ingest for the sake of your health). Additionally, the post-workout crash was definitely there. I'm a huge berry/blue razz guy, so the flavor was great, although a tad sour. Mixes really easy with other stuff.

Taste isn't the greatest (my fault for getting sour gummy bear) but the pump was amazing. Definitely worth it for the price (bought on sale for less than $1 per scoop). I liked it so much I'm also going to buy the zero stim version.
