I like the brand and my dog likes it!

My Dog named Dog loves most food! I included this with her regular food and she seems to enjoy it! We mix rice in with her food so I like that it’s grain free as to not overload her! Love the imagery on the bag and the price point! Might look into this brand in the future! Dog isn’t a picky eater and will eat dry dog food on its own while some dogs won’t so she’s a good test subject for dog food!

I was embarrassed to read the ingredients on our old food when you compare it to this! With protein as the first two ingredients, it's nice to know that she's eating as well (or better) than me! We transitioned slowly and had no tummy issues at all, and now we're eating as soon as the food is down instead of when she's hungry. Definitely buying another bag!

I knew Acana had been bought out by Mars sometime last year, I believe, but I was hoping they would keep it a quality dogfood. Now? I'm not so sure. I just received a bag of Wholesome Grains Limited Ingredient Lamb & Pumpkin dogfood. I have been buying it for years. My toy and miniature poodles did very well on it. The kibble is THIS bag is a much different color. It used to be a rich medium brown color. Now it is kind of a grayish dark tan. It looks dried-out and anemic. I wouldn't even consider feeding it to my dogs. It looks disgusting! As another reviewer commented, since it was bought out by Mars, who knows where the ingredients will be sourced from and where it will be manufactured. I'm so disappointed. I will be looking for a new brand. :(

This review is for ACANA with Wholesome Grains, Rich in Protein, Real Meat, Adult Dry Dog Food Lamb and Pumpkin flavor. I have a large shephard/boxer mix and she really enjoyed this dog food! I obviously can't taste it myself but if she likes it and eats it, then I know it is good. I like that it has a lot of protein in it and not a ton of grains and filler. I also like that it is made in the USA. At $22.99 for 4lbs I think the price is too high. Otherwise I think this is a great option for dog food!

The ingredients on this food are clean, healthy and high quality. My dog was very excited for this kibble to join his diet and his treat line up since we use small kibble in his puzzles in the evening. He absolutely loves it! Pet and parent approved!

We tried this food suggested by our breeder after our 4 year old dog appeared to be bored with his old food.He seems to love it!
