Wouldn't know it was gluten free
Hands down the best gluten free pasta I've ever had, great texture and didn't break apart when mixing into sauce. I used this in a baked Mac & cheese and this perfectly grabbed the sauce and held up in the oven with no hard as rocks dried out pieces anywhere. Tried one box and I'll be buying on the multipacks, I've missed real pasta so much and this tastes like the real thing.

These GF noodles have become a monthly reorder. Although I limit my pasta intake I truly love the texture and how well the pasta holds up w any sauce. In addition, the leftover are not soggy and fall apart like other brands. It’s maintains this shape and texture when rewarm. A must buy

Good tasting gluten free
I like these but don’t love them. Better than most gf I’ve tried but not as tasty as regular pasta.They take at least 15 minutes to cook so the estimate on the bag is wrong. Must be eaten right away after cooking and leftovers are not good so don’t cook extra for leftovers. I just bought my second batch so obviously like them enough!

The best GF padta
I was so pleasantly surprised by the texture and flavor of this pasta. Doesn't re-heat well. But freshly made-it is superb.

Nutritious but good
We were told to avoid the white stuff and have tried all the alternatives to wheat pasta. This is the best! We found you need to cook it a little longer than regular pasta but, once cooked it is delicious.
