Smooth rollers
I got these to replace some slides that had less quality parts. These are good quality and the drawer rides smooth and it soft closes.

Our camper drawers would open and close as we traveled down the road we installed these and had no problems. Easy to install

Did not last
I purchased and installed these a few months ago. They worked okay for a while, but now the soft-close mechanism is not engaging properly. It seems to work about 50% of the time. I tried making some adjustments, but I think there is something wrong with the design.Update: customer service is good. They sent me a replacement and it is working for now.

Great Customer Service
We noticed the two pieces did not slide smooth when taken out of box. We should've returned, but instead installed using our own screws & drill proper holes as other reviews mentioned. Material is very sturdy, but draw does not soft-close, gets stuck & requires extra force to close drawer. The company responded to this review, asking for more details & photos. They recognized issue & are sending new parts.

Does not fit with my vanity
I needed a 14" drawer slide, this is in fact a 14" drawer slide, however, it does not align with my vanity and I cannot get it to align without drilling a bunch of holes into my vanity and the drawer which I do not want to do as it will compromise the integrity of the vanity. It is a shame because it is really well constructed.

Work well and a good value
I replaced the sliders on my pullout keyboard. These were a perfect replacement and the soft close shuts quietly and firmly. Just what we wanted.

Poorly made
The aluminum flange that secures the ball bearings to the runner was loose in the track and bound with the drawer side runner right after installation. The flange broke free and sent ball bearings everywhere. Do not buy this product.

Producto de buena calidad y diseño
Excelente producto, es facil de ponerlo y ademas tiene gran soporte, lo instale en un cajon grande (46 ancho x 96 largo x 40 alto cm con peso de 40k) y lo mueve con facilidad.
