I purchased this glosser for my father’s 89th birthday, which was one month after the purchase on March 25. Plugged in item to charge and set up for him. This past week visiting him I asked why it was always plugged in recharging, and he said that the charge only lasted one day. Now it’s beyond return date and doesn’t work! So beware of gifting anything with short return deadline. I have this same flossed and it works great and stays charged. But now being stuck with the bad glosser from Amazon, will order another somewhere else.

I purchased this flosser six months ago and was very pleased with the product until it suddenly stopped working and the battery would no longer accept a charge. It had great force, the chamber was adequate in size, and it was easy to charge using a USB C cord that was provided. I contacted the company and it was replaced immediately under the terms of the warranty. I would highly recommend this product based upon its quality, reasonable price, and outstanding warranty.

After posting my review of this product the company contacted me directly and asked if I would try the product again, giving it a second chance. I agreed and they replaced the product at no charge.I originally purchased this product for some specific features. The gravity ball, the included travel case, the case that holds all of the nozzles in one place and the large water reservoir. All of these things are still my top pros. The original product just stopped working so I sent it back since I specifically bought it to go with us to Spain for two weeks.I received the new one, tried it out for the few days we had left before leaving on vacation and it worked great. We packed it (with a backup flosser just in case) and went on vacation.This flosser worked great and lasted the whole time away. Still working today. We definitely like this flosser better than the replacement product I purchased after the first one died.I highly recommend this product. It’s highly organized for travel, can be very powerful if needed and the battery lasted for a very long time. Two people used it daily for 3 weeks and it still hasn’t run down in power. Customer support was persistent and helpful.It would have been great if it had worked longer than 2 and a half weeks. It was easy to use and comfortable to hold. I loved that the water well came off completely to be able to fully empty and dry it. Everything was working great until it didn’t. Out of the blue it stopped working. I fully charged it one night and the next night when I pushed the power button it just whines instead of pulsing out water. I really wanted this flossed to work. We are going to Europe for 2 weeks in May. This flosser was my solution to packing our full size stationary flosser.So disappointed. Wanted to use it for a while before taking it on a long trip. I have braces and I have to have a water flosser. Well, the hunt begins again…

I’ve bought SIX of these! Love my original one. It’s still going strong. I bought 3 as gifts. They were well received! My first did was No. 5. It seemed to clog easily. Works if I run vinegar through it once a week. I keep it for cleaning shower grout. Now No. 6 is dead. Won’t hold a charge. Very sad. This was a great product. Maybe I just got a lemon. ☹️

We have owned several water flossers, and this is by far the best. High quality, variable water pressure, and little weight at the bottom of the tube which allows it to efficiently keep the water going no matter how it is held. Even has a dial to adjust the direction of the tip, and comes with multiple tips and a nice zippered bag.After 10 months of daily use, it suddenly stopped keeping a charge. I looked at the original manual that came with it and saw it has a 12 month warranty. I sent an email, and had a conversation with a very friendly helper who mailed me a replacement. It arrived within just a few days. Truly exceptional!!

This has been my favorite waterpik flosser. I’ve tried about 5-6 others and this one has been the best one, although it’s my fourth one. I found myself having to buy 1-2 a year because it stops working.

I'm being generous with three stars only because when it does work, it works well. But after 6 months of use, it has gone completely dead. Over time, it needed to be charged more frequently (twice a week). I had recently recharged it when the motor cut out, so I recharged it again, but it still won't turn on. None of the buttons works. If not for the material waste, I might purchase another one for the next six months, but I think I'll look for a better product instead, even it it costs twice as much.

The value, cost, efficiency, travel bag, storage box to house extra wands, strong pulsated water flow that achieves deep cleaning between teeth, removes plaque and food residue, helpful for bad breath and tooth hypersensitivity. Had my 6 month teeth cleaning on Monday and the dentist said I was doing an excellent with keeping the plaque under control. This is a first. My favorite thing is the water flosser's USB-C Rechargeable element has an attached cover/arm (see check mark) to prevent misplacing cover. Purchased another flosser 2 months ago and the door/cover to the USB recharging element DID NOT have an arm to keep the cover attached so it was misplaced and is no longer functioning.
