This is a great rotary cutter for an older person or for anyone who has lost or diminished arm or hand strength. The blade size is large, so it cuts well, but the large size also makes it easier to handle. Please use the safety feature to retract the blade! I almost sliced the whole end of my finger off when I forgot to and just accidentally brushed my hand across the blade.

Easy to use and has a great thumb activated safety lock mechanism. I thought it was a good value for its price. It’s very light weight but not flimsy and fits perfectly in your hand. Easy to use, just roll along your line or pins or dots or even free hand. I was cutting paper and I was pressing way too hard because it had no trouble cutting through paper with a light touch which means more control and that’s a good thing.
