Cracked pretty bad but I'll use it anyway

I bought this bumper for my vehicle, and the experience was awful. The item arrived bent and deformed, clearly damaged due to poor packaging. It was shipped in a box that was way too small, which caused the bumper to twist and lose its original shape. The material feels very weak and cheap, nothing like what you would expect from a new replacement part. I tried to straighten it, but the plastic stayed warped and unusable. I do not recommend this product at all. If you buy it, there’s a good chance it will arrive damaged and won’t fit properly. Total waste of money and time.

At first I was skeptical when it arrived folded in a box, but after setting it out overnight (inside where it's warm) it unfolded into perfect form. The install was easy. Eventually I will paint it when the weather warms up in the spring. I'm very happy with how it turned out.

Packaging was good and instructions were good what to do when to take it out of the box.
