BACK BRACE HELPS
Ordered a brand I was familiar with.My lower back hurts when I am standing to groom my toy poodles. Also, while working in my kitchen cooking and cleaning up. Seems the more I stand the more I hurt and the aches just seem to spread. First time I used one was after tending to my flower beds. It was amazing!? Helped relieve the aches and pain.This brace is well made and good quality for the price. Easy to put on and adjust for pressure.May order the copper X style to see if it gives more relief.

this moves around lots, the point is for the copper threads to touch skin area. it slides about too much. wearing over a shirt stabilizes, but defeats the purpose. well made
