Arrived alive and healthy! The package was insulated with styrofoam and an ice pack was included because it is the summer and it’s been hot. My only complaint is that, ( idk if this was an amazon issue or the sellers) it said they isopods would arrive a week later than I received them. I’m not entirely complaining though because I got them sooner than estimated. Just that I wasn’t exactly ready for them yet. I was planning to going and getting supplies to house then. Overall great quality had no dead ones on arrival. I’m looking forward to adding them to my bio active leopard gecko enclosure as soon as they have established themselves more.

Their shipping policy says they will not ship to a place too hot. But the mailman left my order in an outside parcel locker in Arizona in July when the temperature was 110 degrees. The isopods were all dead. I informed Bugzy Bugs, and I told them that I was willing to pay extra for door-to-door delivery, like UPS or FedEx. If they had said $5 extra or $10 extra, I would have bought another order and paid the extra for it. I never blamed them for the dead bugs, and I never asked for a refund. But they didn't quote me a price, they only gave me their policy on refunds and said I needed to send them a picture of dead bugs to get a refund. So apparently the only thing customer service will talk to you about is refunds. I will not be asking them for a refund, nor will I be doing any more business with them.

Great quality, they look exactly as intended. They are active and the quantity is accurate. They arrived very quickly. I Will be buying from this vendor in the future

They came quickly. I did have two dead ones but 12 or 13 live ones. The outer box was well packed with styrofoam, the cup was filled with bedding and they even included a complementary package of shrimp for them to eat when they arrived. The bedding did not have any springtails riding along . I was hoping for some but not everyone does so this is a good source if you want to avoid them. I did have one that is a brown color variant I like him but if you are looking to breed them you would want to cull some of them

They arrived fairly early, by 6 or so days, and all individuals were there with the addition of an extra adult. However, 2 of the adults were dead already. That's fine by me tho since I managed to find 4 babies kicking around with them so they either came with them in the substrate or were made during transport

I was happy with the 3 that arrived alive the other 2 were dead. I have seen other sites charge less for a couple more and I am sad that 2 did not make it. 💯

They arrived alive and well. This was a Christmas gift so and shipped sooner than what it said at check out. I had to keep them enclosed in the package for multiple days and was afraid they would not make it due to some bad reviews. However they did survive they were packed with food and a liveable habitat. The only thing I had to do was add moisture and keep them in the preferred temperature. Gifted for Christmas and all survived!
