I have purchased a lot of chalk markers for use with my table top chalkboards. Multi-colored sets only come with one black and one white marker in the set. Since black and white tend to be used a lot, you really need more of those, so I purchased this set of white markers. These work fine, and they were reasonably-priced.

About these to use on a dart board scoring panel. They're super easy to use they wipe right off and they have a good solid white line. The pins are a bit finicky and that you must store them vertically up and down not horizontally. Also you have to press down on the tip multiple times to prime the pin to get it to work. This is a constant chore to keep the pin working. It's not that big of a deal it's just a little bit frustrating when you constantly have to tell other people oh no you have to push it down multiple times to get it to work. But overall I like the product and I would buy it again.

So far, they work very well.

I saw some reviews saying that the marker doesn't come off. So I bought the 6-pack (bullet tip) liquid chalk with that in mind. I tested one on a small chalk board and let it dry for around 24hrs. It doesn't rub off easy but if you use a wet paper towel, it comes right off the board like chalk. If you were looking for something that writes like chalk but with greater precision and clarity, then this is your product. It doesn't rub off like regular chalk but it's easy once you use a bit of water. I haven't tested it on a glass surface, but I think the result will be the same.

Smoothness, brightness

Nice to write with. Clean lines, no bleed.

I use these for labeling pantry containers (chalkboard sticker) and beer flights (slate). Easy to erase with a wet paper towel. Just needed a few priming pumps to get the ink flowing easily.
