Amazing! I use it to massage my trigger spot under right shoulder blade edge area to help with neck tightness and pain! Less headaches with this daily massage routine! The heat is perfect! The massage balls rotate in two directions which create a firmer massage and then on to a lighter pressure which works for direct pressure and then less pressure - much like a hand massage would provide! Extremely effective and satisfied and I have tried many massagers!

I have terrible neck pain and what might be a bulging disc. I do yoga and my shoulders hurt so bad for a couple days after every class. I was desperate and decided to give this massager a shot. Oh my Lordy!!! This thing is amazing!!! It takes some getting use to but you can adjust the pressure yourself with the straps. The massage part is impressive, heat effect mediocre, rotating massager balls, to die for. Automatic turn off…..just great!! I feel my tight muscle knots getting worked out, kinda hurts but it’s a good hurt. I am so so glad I bought this and have high hopes. My only complaint is I wish the power cord was a little longer …..other than that, I highly recommend!!! Price is totally worth it.

I loved this product, however after a couple of uses the heat goes in and out sometimes. I gave it 3 stars because it’s a great product but it’s better with continuous heat. It doesn’t vibrate. But it does massage. Great size and battery life is ok so far. But it’s no good without the heat.

I cannot get over how much I love this. It feels amazing and it’s working so well On getting out a knot I’ve had in my Shoulder for over a year. You can use it on your neck, upper shoulders, mid back, hips, legs. It’s simply amazing!

By far the best present for my husband. He uses it every night after work. It’s perfect pressure and the heated part is a major plus. The quality of the product is also really good!

I used this item a couple of times now, and I like it. I don’t love it, but it does do its job. I am not sure if I want to return it, but here is my experience: firstly, it’s big and bulky. Secondly, it is kind of hard/annoying/not as easy it is to press the buttons to change the settings. I have used it on my neck area, and my whole back (in sections.) it does do a good job in the lower back area, and it isn’t that hard to hold when concentrating there. Overall, it does do a good massage, and the heat isn’t too hot. However, I wish it wasn’t so big and bulky. It’s also disappointing of how short the wire is. So, depending where your outlets are, you may be sitting in an uncomfortable chair, by the outlet, or, not as relaxed on the couch, or office chair like you may hope to be. The outlet plug is also big and chunky, so it takes up space on the outlet extension. You may need to unplug some thing if you’re wanting to use this.

Such a nice relief, very effective! The pressure is great and the heat is a nice touch. It doesn’t get super warm, but it’s enough to be noticeable. I like that the direction of the massaging changes directions from time to time. Made for around your neck but truly you can use it anywhere you need massage relief. Overall, for the price this is definitely worth it!

Bought as a White Elephant gift but after trying it out we got our own. It was very relaxing on our sore necks and for the price we were happy to have it. Simple to use and would recommend to anyone who enjoys their neck massaged.
