This is the best set of knee sleeves I've owned. I love the thickness and the support. No need for me to turn these inside out to put them on. They slide on nicely and give me the support I need on my old knees. The only complaint is purely stylistic. I would love these in black.

i bought large and size was just accurate as i expectedand when i lift heavy barbell for workout, it does not loose even after 30 minutes of daily wodbut sometimes 7 mm thickness is a bit much tight for banding my knee

After ACL surgery about 2 years ago I like to have the option of having some extra knee support and compression on days when it is feeling a little stiff or weak. I've used everything from thicker neoprene sleeves to thin simple compression sleeves, and these are by far the THICKEST!I play a lot of basketball, and also do a lot of heavier lifting included all sorts of squats and olympic lifts, as well as some crossfit, so my knees are a big part of everything I do. These sleeves are great for the very heavy lifts, however I don't recommend them for much other than that. I am able to wear them for a couple sets, and after that they begin to get pretty uncomfortable because of how thick and rigid they are. If you're going to be moving and sweating a lot they get very uncomfortable and start to cause some chafing in the back of the knees. However, as mentioned before they are great for a few very heavy lifts as they provide a ton of support and compression. I also like using them as sort of a "warm up" to get my knee loosened up when it's feeling stiff. I just put the sleeve on for about 5-10 minutes at the beginning of my workout and then it off and my knee is all warm and toasty.Pros:High Level of Support and Compression - Great for a little extra help getting out of the bottom of a squatDurability - Haven't had it long, but the sleeve seems like it's going to last foreverThickness - provides plenty of heatDesign - No itchy tags and the seams are placed well so they don't rub back of kneeCons:Almost too thick - starts to irritate skin, and doesn't allow for a ton of movement. This is my third bear grips product and I love them all! I got this item to keep in my gym bag so I can ensure that I have the necessary support on those occasions that I don not workout at home. I have been dealing with pain on my left knee for a long time and so I am always looking for better/more supportive ways to continue my weight workouts without the possible strain of my knee. I tried the bear grips wrist wraps and really like them so I thought I would give the knee brace a try. I am so glad I did, this is by far the best compression knee sleeve I have tried so far! I have tried other knee braces in the past and like them a lot but this blows them all away. It has the necessary support without the brace getting in the way of my range of motion or ever being uncomfortable. In addition this has great padding to give my knee the support it needs if my workout requires me to put weight on it. This sleeve keeps my knee warm and the blood flowing for proper movement and less pain. This sleeve is very well made for durability and from now on, this is all I will be using...
