Nice material, quality look and feel - a must have for VWs with lug bolts (aircooled and water cooled)! There are others with out these knurled end, but this makes them a little easier to install/remove with gloves on. Also having a hole in the end, let's me strap them together with a reusable zip tie. I don't tighten them very tight, so I haven't used the rod that comes with them, but I could see it being handy if the are on too tight. I keep them in my spare tire well with other tools, cables, lights, etc.

I work in a vehicle shop and use these at least 10x times a day. Glad these came as a 2 pack for the price. Very sturdy and quality feel and threads in easily. I use them on VW, Mercedes, and BMW vehicles so far with no issues. Does not bend under weight of any type of wheel I have encountered.

Picked these up after noting the general consensus that lug bolts are fiddly and annoying. Picked this pair because they were fairly long, and having 2 seemed useful for centering the wheel.The knurled portion doesn't cause any noticeable increase in diameter, and they threaded in clean, so I'm happy. They live in the spare tire tool kit now.

These work great on my 2013 and 2017 VW Jettas. They fit perfectly in the hubs. They make it so mucheasier to put on the tires, no more wrestling and balancing. I tried using both one and two pins, I find it works easiest for me to use two pins spaced one hole apart. After the tire is slid on, I put in 3 lugnuts, tighten hand tight, remove the pins, put in the two remaining lugnuts and then torque all lugnuts to specs.I plan to buy a second set to have in each car. This is an excellent product.

Really great to make heavier wheels slide on to the hubs and line up. I'm using these on a 2003 vw jetta mk4 wagon with 27" all-terrain tires and 15" wheels. Slightly heavier than stock and bigger, so it's nice to have the stability of two pins bringing the wheel to the hub.Cheap and quality, I don't even use the metal dowel to turn them, I just thread them in by hand.

Not sure what the car makers were thinking when they made wheel bolts. These help hang and align your wheel while carefully threading the actual bolts one by one without struggling to hold the wheel up and in position. Seems sturdy enough but I only used it 4 times so far with some big sport car wheels (20 x 10 with tires). Will update if it look like the threads are dulling or bending.

If you work on exotic vehicles then these are must have in your tools box. Makes it easy to put the wheels back on without any damage. These are better build quality than most on Amazon. Other 2 brands I tried bent easily these ones are holding up good so far
