Kalaba- Marble Chalk- Kaolin-Calabaa-Calabar Chalk

I have always loved Choice Calaba Chalk over any other brand. I wish it were cheaper. I used to buy this from the Africans store at $3.50, but I live in an area where those store are almost 30 miles away, hence Amazon.

I brought this product twice, hoping that it might be better the second time, WRONG! First time it ended in the trash after a little taste. Second time, same! Very strong nasty odor. Please don't buy! VERY DISGUSTING. 💩🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

It was horrible. It was literally a pack of sand mixed with clay. How can people pack and sell such a bad product. There are good "locko" (local name) in Abidjan. Why do they chose the worst product to send to USA. It was money wastage. Don't buy. They can do better.

I’m torn. I initially didn’t like the smell of it and the taste. It tastes more chalky which was a bit disappointed because it is from my home town Ivory Coast. And the last Kaolin, I tried here was more sandy but tasted lighter and smelled great. But after rinsing the Kalaba kaolin and air dry it, i started to smell and taste that familiar smell and taste. And now I love it. I’m giving it 4 stars because of that initial taste and smell and the fact that it’s more thickness when you chew it. But i love the crunchiness, smells like rain after rinsing it and taste better than other I’ve had since trying to replicate that first one. So thank you!! Will definitely buy it again hoping it taste the same or better!!

Earthy taste, texture smooth, sticks everywhere in mouth. Letting them kind of dry out… it’s been a week and still not dry like I would like. I did not swallow this. It’s too much work. Will not purchase this kind anymore.
