My husband had previously purchased a thermostatic mixer shower from this seller. Whilst more than capable in regards to fitting a shower, my better half did contact the seller for advice on some unexpected minor technical issues. Sscott couldn’t have been more helpful and presents as very customer-focussed with excellent communication skills. I was already impressed with the quality of the shower in terms of both it’s functionality but also appearance. However I was really pleased with both, so decided I would buy the quirky mixer tap and plug for the sink in antique brass to match the shower.Easy to order and, like the shower, arrived ahead of schedule and packed carefully to avoid any potential damage. We had already been advised that, although from the same range and ordered in an antique brass finish, Sscoot couldn’t guarantee a perfect colour match.In fact, it was almost too close to call - my preference was to not have these items ‘exactly’ the same rich, dark gold shade, as I was aiming for a vintage industrial rather than mass-produced look.I am thrilled to bits, as is my husband and even my notoriously picky daughters, who were initially suspicious I’d gone way over budget. Quite the opposite as prices were very reasonable and in fact the bathroom looks like it’s had an extremely costly professional makeover.Highly recommended- great functionality, looks beautiful and seller couldn’t be more helpful without being ingratiating and/or over-helpful. 5****, will use in future for sure.

We haven't actually installed this yet, but the parts look easy enough - hence only 4 stars! This is a very unique and well made product. It even comes in a little cloth bag with a string ! Very pleased.AAAHH - just tried to install today and the connector pipes are wrong!!! The hot pipe has no thread! I've so far found it IMPOSSIBLE to contact the company who sold it or any link in Amazon to get the correct part, because we bought it over 30 days ago. Can Someone contact me please to tell me how I can get the incorrect part exchanged so we can connect the tap?
