Beware the trick where they ship you a Chinese or Asian version of this product, the C930c, instead of the English version, C930e. It's a bit of a scam, but not entirely...It IS a logitech C930 camera, with good quality imageThe camera will probably still install and workIt will install with a bunch of Chinese characters as the Device Name around your OSYou WILL NOT be able to update it with logitech software of firmwareYou WILL NOT be able to see it in useful PC tools that allow you to adjust the image or Zoom, pan, tiltIt is basically disowned by LogitechSee my image for how they craftily covered the "c for chinese" part of the model number on the boxI think a lot of people just needed a camera really badly, no matter what, during COVID. And once the opened it, installed it, and used it, they were just happy to have a good camera and tolerated the scam. I returned mine.My guess is that the Chinese version has a lower sales price...maybe has inferior components, I dunno. Some wholesaler scooped them up in Asia, shipped them here, and is selling them with a good markup by tricking us. Sorry, I don't know how you can tell if the one you buy is authentic or not, but check the box when you get it. If there's any chinese, and something covering the model number, just sent it right back.

This camera helped me save Halloween for me and my people. As you can see in the photo, I took advantage of the move to a Zoom based party by using a green screen and suit to be Thing in our Addams Family. (Only in 2020, right?) My original camera was useless and didn't render my hand with any real definition. Thanks to this camera, I was able to wave to my friends daughter, fool all my friends and take out the camera with a Nerf pistol just to bring my online guests closer to the party. The camera survived the hit just fine. It kept up and had almost no problem with the green screen action. I did a floating head gag that has left me with a lot of ideas for next year as well. Thank you for helping me save Halloween 2020.

I bought this webcam to replace the stock webcam in my laptop. The laptop has a 720p camera with dual microhones. It works ok, but not great. This camera has a very good video at 1080p. While it's not the highest resolution on the market, the video output looks very good. The downside of this webcam is the audio, which to me is just as important as the video. I was very disappointed with the audio quality of this webcam when I first got it. Everytime I used a word that had an "s" in it, it seemed like the audio was cruncy and over emphasised the "s" sound. It was harsh on my ears and just didn't sound natural. So I played with the sound setting and found that you have to turn the input sensitivity down on the microphones. This has helped a lot. It got rid of the harsh "s" sounds and sounds more natural. So why did I only give it 4 stars? Well, the price. At $140, this webcam should preform better than it does. This webcam came out like 4 years ago, so why is Logitech still charging $140 for it? I know, because they can. Why can't anybody (Logitect included) make a good 4k webcam with good audio for less than $150? They can, they just don't want to. Anyways, enought ranting. This webcam is a good webcam with quality 1080p video and ok sound quality. To get better all around quality you going to have to spend $200 or more.

It's plug-and-play on multiple operating systems, comes with a physical camera cover attachment and has a threaded insert if you want to mount to a tripod. The only down size is if you want to change the "zoom" you need to install the logitech camera control software. I would have preferred a physical zoom option.

I took away a star because I didn't receive what I actually ordered.It's not the biggest issue but I bought the 930e model (e is for English) but received a 930c (Chinese) model. It works and Windows recognizes it fine. However, Windows displays it with Chinese characters along with other random menus.Since I can't read the language, it took a sec to find it. I'm also concerned about upcoming firmware updates.

Great clarity. easy to install (plug and play) But the field of view is a bit wide. I knew that it was a wide angled lens when I bought it, but this is very wide. The field of view can be zoomed in a bit via software that must be downloaded. Even then, it cannot be zoomed in to a portrait. The software also allows a few other adjustments including color, contrast and exposure as well as changing the top to bottom and side to side framing, which are nice features. Nothing fancy and good for business communications.Be sure you are buying the C930e (for English) rather than the C930c (for Chinese).Overall I like it and would buy it again.

You can watch a YouTube video about how great this camera is, and you will not be disappointed. I was a little concerned that the brand listed under this listing is ‘Logetich,’ which turned out to be an innocent typo. There are several seller options, I used E ZEE Electronics, a store out of LA as it turned out. They shipped real fast, everything came in safely packaged, with the manual and all the whistles. The image is sharp and the wide angle is super awesome. I used it in Teams at work and will be using for Skype, Zoom, etc. Works out of the box, just plug it in. It is a bit pricey, but a wide angle made it worth it for me, also not having to wait a week at the very least for the cheaper models to be back in stock was a definite plus. Thank you E ZEE!

Every time I started a meeting, I had to unplu and plug the camera back in. I am in meetings all day so I had to unplug it around 7 to 8 tines a day. Not good auality
