Not good with SPD-SL or exposed cleats
The mat is generally of good quality. It's easy to clean as well as roll up and store away. However, it has cut up within a month from stepping on it in the same area while using SPD-SL cleats. It hasn't worn away, but cut clean through. Would not recommend is using exposed cleats

The quality and the stability of the mat is great as I use it to do workout at home due to less time to go out. Comfort is great as it’s smooth, it doesn’t weight much so it’s easy to carry around. It fits my whole bike when I’m cycling and working out. Easy to clean as I just alcohol wipes or towel with water.

I bought this to use when I have to lay on my garage floor to work. It's great! Comfortable, soft, waterproof, and I can just wipe it off, roll it up, and put it in the corner when I'm done. For this price, it most certainly can't be beat. (at least for my purposes)
