I love using different spices for things and it is cheaper making your own, instead of buying it premade.

Looks like a good set of spice mix recipes, but it would be much more useful with some instructions on how to use them. As another reviewer said before, it looks like an AI compilation, which is okay, but it should've been edited to add use information.

This book contains only Spice Mix Recipes. There are No food recipes. That's good. The spice mix recipes are divided into groupings such as Italian, Indian, Asian, African, Middle Eastern, Mexican, etc. Each recipe is on one page. The printing is clear and easy to read. The lay out of the book is excellent.If you are interested in spice mix recipes, this is the book with which to start. You may want to give this book as a gift.

This has 50 spice mix recipe that has Italian seasoning, other European Seasoning, Indian Seasoning, Asian Seasoning, African Seasoning, Middle Eastern Seasoning, North American seasoning, & Dessert Seasonings. I was not expecting it to be multicultural. A very pleasant surprise. Y’all need this book. It’s great.
