Pills are working as described. They actually curb your appetite and no upset stomach as of yet. I will reorder them.

I threw this away because I didn’t read the back closely. I only eat grass fed and grass finished beef and this product has regular bovine gelatin in it, which means it contains all the other garbage they feed cattle in the US, that aren’t grass fed/finished. Other than that, I’m sure the product it’s fine. I’m just very particular about that.

Good but if you're not use to the MCT oil build up to more than one than one capsule otherwise stay close to a bathroom.

Love this product! Looked at it because I was tired of getting my coconut oil out of a jar an and wanted the convenience of a softgel instead. Also have noticed a notable difference in how I feel and must note that my total cholesterol has gone down since I started this product. No stinky smell like you get with the fish oils. Easy to swallow softgels.
