I am a watermelon lover and am always searching for new ways to infuse watermelon into my Summer cocktail recipes. Sometimes, finding watermelon products isn't always that easy. There are times in which I'll go out and buy a fresh watermelon and muddle it into drinks, or freeze it into ice cubes...but fresh watermelon isn't always readily available and sometimes it's not as ripe as I'd hoped it would be. This mix solves that problem! The mix is definitely sweet, but you have to remember that you'll diluting it with ice (and most likely alcohol), but a little goes a long way! I love it with coconut rum and a daiquiri! I also love to add a small dollop of it to a fresh mojito or margarita. Again, a little goes a long way, so you really only need to add a small spoonful to get the awesome watermelon flavor. It also works in martinis, by taking a tiny spoonful and then shaking it well with some vodka. I actually love it with a little fresh lime juice and some Ketel One in a martini! It honestly has a really fresh flavor to it and doesn't have that fake overly sweet and dour watermelon taste that I've gotten off of some of the other watermelon flavored products I've tried. I think this mix is great for commercial use at a restaurant (my mom owns a restaurant and uses it in her cocktail features), but also for in home use and drink making for Summer parties. I've gotten SO many compliments on the drinks I've put together with it. I have tons of people asking me where they can get the "secret ingredient" in my fresh cocktails! Here are two of my favorites- Watermelon martini- -small spoonful of watermelon mix -2.5 ouces Ketel One -juice of 1/2 fresh lime Shake and strain into a martini glass Fresh Summer Mojito- -small spoonful watermelon mix -10 fresh mint leaves -1.5 ounces Bacardi -juice of 1/2 fresh lime -.5 ounce cointreau -4 ounces club soda Muddle fresh mint and lime together. Add all other ingredients. Shake and serve over ice.

These are the best drink mixers I've ever tasted! Fair warning though, they are very sugary so if that's not your thing you probably want to use very little mix. We were in AMC theaters and ordered a watermelon chiller and it tasted amazing! I saw that they used this particular mix in it so I wanted to recreate it at home. It completely masks the taste of alcohol which makes it very dangerous haha! The tops on these make it super easy to pour! I don't find this very artificial tasting so that's what I like the most about it (and of course I like watermelon flavor). I will definitely be purchasing these again!

Everyone I make this drink for ends up asking for the recipe. It's light, refreshing and quick & easy to make but maybe best of all it's only 50 calories (including vodka). So, for 200 calories I can drink all night. I show the picture of it in a small glass but it can be served in a tall glass with same quantities, just use more Sprite to top it off. One Shot Glass (2 oz) Smirnoff Watermelon Vodka. Half Shot Glass (1 oz) Watermelon Puree (this stuff). Sprite Zero. That's it. When watermelon is in season I muddle a few small pieces in with it and use a small wedge for garnish. The Smirnoff Watermelon Vodka isn't in every liquor store but it's in most (at least in our area). Careful they go down easy.

Pretty good stuff. Decent flavor with no weird aftertaste. Perfect for blended frozen drinks. The only reason I discussed give it 5 stars is because the watermelon flavor is quite as strong as I had hoped, but overall, a very good mix.

I love watermelon margaritas and when I saw a bartender use this for a delicious tasting one I just had to buy. I am one happy camper!
