Read this review to help choose a new bidet spray unit. Seems this one is unavailable now.
Since this one is not available now, this info can help you choose a new bidet spray unit... I bought this wand sprayer to replace a bidet spray that failed after many years of use. It has a much easier on/off function than my old one, which was like a kitchen sink spray unit. The push-and-hold-to-open spring mechanism of the old spray head was the part that failed. This one opens and closes with just a smooth, back and forth motion of the thumb and it will stay on without constant hand pressure while using it. This a great feature for arthritic hands. You simply move your thumb in the other direction to shut it off when finished. It has a much smaller spray area, so it aims easily, to clean where it is needed and not overspray. It comes with 3 lengths of spray arm attachments, so the water can reach almost any shape derriere. It was easy to screw the new hose end to the connection point of my old one, using new Teflon tape, and the hand spray unit fits neatly into the old, wall mounted wand holder. It is all brass, so it is a bit more expensive, but a much better choice than plastic, for longevity. If you find another similar one that has these features, it would be a good buy..

Love it!... Just open it gently. :-)
Update 6/27/2023So we've had our hand-held bidet butt sprayer for just over 3 years now. Since it comes with a 3 year warranty, we're out of the warranty now just a little over 3 months since we ordered it on March of 2020 and we're at the end of June 2023 right now., Keep that in mind.So for the first three years, we've been using the 1/2" spray pattern as our washing sprayer and like I mentioned on my original review, it's painful when you accidentally open it all the way. I swear you could use it to pressure wash your bathtub! So after 3 years, I decided to change the spray pattern tip to the 1 inch pattern. So I started looking for the box, which had the extra little attachments and I couldn't find it. So I asked my wife and she said, "I threw it out around November when I was cleaning. I saw the box and realized we've had it a long time and we're never planning on sending it back or anything like that, so I figured we don't need it."So I did one of those face slap things and said, "But honey, didn't you notice it had things in it? Didn't you take those things out?" Of course, she didn't. So I emailed Rinse Works and told them what happened and asked them nicely, "You wouldn't have an extra 1 inch patter tip laying around you could send me would you?"Well guess what? I was expecting they'd say something like, "We do. Since you're out of warranty now, we can't just send it to you for free. We do have the replacement kits on our site for $20 and you can buy it if you want." That's what I should have been told. But that's not what they did. They said, "So sorry about the inconvenience. We'll take care of you don't worry. We just shipped you a replacement head with the 1 inch pattern sprayer and the tool to remove and replace it. Thank you for contacting us and have a great day."I mean... Talk About Customer Service! Wow!Anyway, I already received my 1 inch spray pattern and installed it just about a week ago. The difference is ENORMOUS! Now it's fun to wash my @$$! It's just the right pressure and it doesn't hurt since it sprays at a wider stream. Should have had it like that from the beginning!I have 2 more toilets at home and I know I'll be purchasing two more of these for those toilets and with customer service like that, this company deserves my money! So my tip is the following.... if the pressure in your home is pretty strong, use the 1 inch spray pattern, it will be comfortable and provide the cleaning you need. If the pressure in your home is pretty low, then use the 1/2 inch pattern so that it has a chance to clean you good. Anyway, happy washing!By the way, I uploaded an image so you can see which is the 1/2 inch spray pattern and which is the 1 inch pattern I've been talking about. I hope this helps. 😁==========================Ok, so I had never used a bidet before and this little wand attachment has been an amazing addition to my hygiene. I love that after washing, you get that feeling that you're clean, totally clean. Just a word of warning when using this product, open the valve slowly and gently because if you don't, HOLY SMOKES! The pressure is incredible! When my wife used it the first time, she simply opened it quickly all the way and suddenly screamed. I asked her if she was okay and she said, "Why didn't you warn me??? I thought the water was gonna come out my ears!" LOL... so that gives you an idea. This thing could double for a high enema with water coming out your ears. Don't say I didn't warn you. But please, don't be afraid to get it. You have total control on the water pressure by simply slowly opening it up to where you feel it comfortable. Happy washing!

Easy Installation and Use
This was so easy to install, and I say that as someone who's terrified of plumbing and has never done anything like this before.Have had for a few weeks and no leaks this far. I also like that if it does leak, it will be visible to me immediately unlike the options that are hooked up under the sink. I wish the cord was a bit shorter, but overall the placement means it's relatively simple to keep out of the way. There is a bit of a learning curve for use, but I think most will pick it up fairly quickly. Sososo worth it.

Buy this one -- well designed and well-built (review by an engineer)
Ok, this is the one you should buy . . . and here's why:I'm an engineer so I'm really tuned in to design features and durability. My wife is Brazilian, which means she comes from a country where EVERY house and business has a butt-sprayer (yeah, I know, that sounds crude, but hey, that's what it is . . .) beside the toilet. So between the two of us, we have very definite opinions on sprayers. From the engineering/design side, there are multiple features that are very well done (these are discussed in the site's video, but most people don't watch it). First, I would suggest paying the higher price and getting the solid-metal unit. The plastic one is probably fine too, but the brass unit is well built and feels like it -- it's solid. As for design: the "tee" or takeoff valve that you thread onto the toilet has the connection for the sprayer hose pointing down. This means the sprayer hose is hanging straight down and not putting stress on the fitting. This is in contrast to other designs that make the connection on a horizontal fitting which causes the hose to always be putting stress on the fitting. Small item, but well-thought out.Next is the actual flow mechanism in the wand. As explained in the video, most sprayers are just re-purposed kitchen sink sprayers. And those don't need a terribly robust on/off valve because most of the time the kitchen faucet is off and there's no pressure on the spray wand. They have a very primitive spring and rubber plunger mechanism that can fail if pressure is left on it for an extended time. The mechanism in this spray wand is a true brass rotating ball valve and is not going to fail even if you forget to (or just don't want to) turn off the main spray wand valve at the toilet connection every time (this company still advises you to do this, but I am certain this valve is not going to leave you with a flooded bathroom if you forget and go on vacation).Next item is the super-handy flow control mechanism on the wand -- it's a sliding/rotating lever that controls flow and pressure that is very easy to manipulate with a thumb. And because it's not a re-purposed kitchen sprayer that requires you to squeeze the handle continuously while spraying, it's easy to do the spraying without trying to keep the water flow correct. Similarly, the lever is on both sides of the handle, so if you flip the wand upside down (after standing up) to spray the toilet clean, the lever is still easily activated with your thumb. The hose is also extremely flexible -- important when you're manipulating it around your backside. Other brands use a plastic kitchen-sink type hose that doesn't flex well for tight bends. Finally, the package include 3 different interchangeable wand lengths to suit everyone's preferences.Installation is easy for a non-handy person. My wife installed hers with a pair of pliers in 10 minutes. The connection rubber gaskets are high-quality and definitely do not leak.Lastly, my wife gives it the stamp of approval from an aesthetic perspective (which I tend to lack qualifications for). It looks nice.So . . . . if you'd like to quit wiping with wads of Charmin and still not really being clean, buy this unit and you'll have a really nice, well-built, well-designed, long-lasting . . . . butt sprayer.
