These are great! Not very sturdy but really, do they need to be? They're kind of a thinner wood, so if you want a thick frame, these are not for you. They were perfect for me though, and they turned out great.I had to shorten mine for what I was doing but it was as simple as cutting off the back knot and knotting it shorter.Both sides have the chalkboard too so if you have one that has some streaks (I had one), you can just flip it around and it's good to go. Or, if you need to write on both sides, you're also in luck.Great price and great product! I would absolutely buy again in the future.

Perfect for the job. I used them as little labels for champagne bottles from important milestones and they turned the junk in to cute memorials. The are just pieces of cheap wood with chalk paint on them and twine loops which actually lend to a rustic but cute, shabby-chic look. I used tissue paper to erase some chalk writing and while it took a minute, I was able to completely remove the writing so I could rewrite my label. I don't think these would stand up to many rewrites but I don't think that is the intent.

Super cute little chalk signs. Good price, fast shipping. Make sure to pay attention to the size, it would be easy to think they were bigger. They were perfect size for what we needed them for.

These small signs are perfect to hang on bottles, use as place settings or hang up as price tags. I purchased to hang on a raggedy doll but will use the rest as price markers. You get lots for your money so you can come up with many uses. AA++

I used these to label baskets in my mudroom and I get compliments every time someone comes to my house! I used a chalk marker based on other reviews and it worked perfectly. I love that you can write on both sides in case the sign gets flipped over.

Sadly you. Can’t use chalk markers on these. I looked through the post and didn’t see that traditional chalk was the only option so I assumed I could use my chalk markers just as I would with a traditional chalkboard. Chalk markers on these bleed and look poorly (fyi)Plus side is that I did have traditional chalk but not being able to use the items that I planned to with it is what leads me to leave this review.I will add though, they are perfect size for hanging around a 1 or 2 gallon beverage dispenser as well as many other things.

These are pretty nice, you get 12 in a pack, they are double sided so you can write on both sides and the twine is attached. It doesn't appear to be a blackboard, but does look to be black painted wood. The chalk goes on with a good push but it is a little difficult to get off as there are grooves in the wood it gets stuck in.Overall I like these and will use them, but wish it was truly a chalk board attached.Cheers and Vidimo SeZavi

We sell plants, honey, vanilla, at farmer's markets. So easy to write a price on these little chalkboards and slip it over a bottle. I just bought more, so handy!!!!
